Possibly you are sending invalid request or bad request. Pls first try the exact scenario i demonstrated, post to that you alter /tailor as you need. You may need to watch the video little more carefully to see what is wring in your request. I hope you will be able to figure out.
Everything depends, if you want to do abap programming in cloud yes you need to learn RAP (which works both onprem and btp) and it runs under abap run time, if you want programming like java , node js , python etc, go for cloud foundry and then mainly you need to work with CAPM with sap cloud SDK. Hence i said it all depends on how you want to achieve the results.

I tried this out . Everything is working fine except create Job and create Schedule. It returns 400 error. Can you help?
