Good question! In a big training block it helps me recover from the higher intensity training. Giving me a better chance to hit session more consistently :) often doing 3 sessions a day recovery is very important

What's the training centre? In Lanzarote for a holiday in December and would like to get in some training. Club La Santa I believe you have to stay there to use the facilities.
