DON’T eat junk, plant oils (except organic coconut and peanut maybe), sugar, but DO eat lots of leafy greens (preferred raw) etc. Don’t stay sedentary more than half an hour. Walk around or work while standing at the desk. Take stairs instead of elevator/escalator every time. Don’t smoke/drink/drugs etc. and don’t live in a polluted area or drink polluted water. Lift weights and do calisthenics every day for at least 25 minutes. And meditate at least 15. Stretch for at least 7. Take super cold showers at least a couple times a week. Stay out of the sun. Nothing harms the body like the sun. Except laziness. It’ll keep u healthy and young well into ur 90s.
