Pundit Moti Lal Saqi's song. Anyone knows the singer is? His voice is very good, almost same pitch as Mohammad Khalil. The original recording of Radio Kashmir was the golden voice of Mohammad Khalil aur Saathi of Sopore. (At his time he was known as the Kishare Kumaar of Kashmir). And this Ustad could be him in his senior years, can't tell. I have seen him when Khalil Sahab looked much younger but the style is as good as the original.
Inder Kaw sir this is itself Mohd Khalil bhat and he belongs to wathoora chadoora budgam....I am just listening to this after hearing his special interview on radio kashmir this evening....
