I need help with heat press on phone case…. I bought some blank one & try to make some phone case ..after I print & press.. the picture turn out like it all wriggle like some pictures got on the phone some come off…any suggestions? I did 365/60s

I’m having a hard time with my heat press on not knowing at what temperature and how many seconds to leave my sublimation blank case in. My first try I left it in for 250 degrees for 150 seconds which burned the actual paper. Next I tried 250 degrees for 30 seconds and it didn’t even print anything on the blank case and it looks as if it wanted to burn up again. Any suggestions ? I’m not sure what I am doing wrong..
The more I see this kind of video .. the more I want to have my own phone case business. ❤️

IS THERE A CERTAIN TYPE OF INK OR PAPER U USED? THEM COLORS ARE POPPING AND THE INK RELEASE FROM THE PAPER IS AWESOME.

The phone case may not be a true sublimation blank…
Can you show how to create a collage of pictures? I have a customer wanting multiple photos. I am using silhouette but I can use design space too.
I would download a collage app that would be really cool.
Do I need to let the plates cool before putting them on the case? Because my edges are peeling when I put them on the case right away
Yes absolutely let them cool, they are melting the case.

Try 350- 400 degrees
You have to go higher between 385 and 400
Do you still do that? What If we work together where I register your cases on my website, once it is selled I pay you and you send the package.

why do you dry it under your heat press?
It’s called to “cure” basically dry it so it won’t smudge and to set in the colors...
What temperature did you used to press this ?
400 degrees 60 seconds
