Rado I think has less on his personal discography (as a singer). He has featured in other artistes' songs, and also came out with a mini-album with DOK2 in 2010. I would love for him to sing more though!

i may be completely wrong but i think hes eunkwang from btob, he has the same kinda hair and figure in the video and the voice sounds a little similar. nevertheless i love this guys voice, esp after hearing it in the actual song.
