Jacksepticeye made a really good point when he said the reason why it was so creepy was because these creepy circumstances are all made out to be normal, everyday issues.It’s not some crazy over the top monster that hunts a small town or something, it’s a phenomenon that has been accepted as commonplace

The worst part about the idea of doppelganger alternates is that a lot of people in the world actually have doppelgangers. People who don't have twins who find someone in the world who looks identical to them, probably due to the limited variations in the human gene pool or smth. My mom actually found a portrait of a real woman from history who looked exactly like her. It was uncanny.
Either way, a doppelganger alternates is terrifying because what if you end up shooting a real human being?

I felt the kid when he said he was scared of the dark room. I used to creep out of my bedroom, look at the bathroom door bc it was on the other side of the hall. I would look at the open door, look at the darkness inside and just dart out of the hallway. Even if it was the middle of the day.
As far as horror goes, nothing really messed me up or made me scared unless it was Psychological Horror. The regular old jumpscare horror just felt boring to me. Not this. This is extremely unsettling in its own way and I love it. Can't wait for more videos.

I got chills when I heard the voice cause imagine you sleep in a room with no light on and then you see this 3:52 but all you can see is is silhouette and the eyes and then you hear a voice like this 9:59 I'd be like " aww hell no " start praying to God at that point, love the vid eddie really enjoyed it can't wait to watch part 2! Also eddie I relate to the running past that one dark room 16:57 I always ran past our office and washroom when I was little cause it was jet black and we had a nightlight on so it'd make it worse, I literally I had to mentally count to 3 and make a run for my abuela in abuelo's room and there door wasn't far from mine and my two younger brother's but I was 8 when I was running to their room we also had a long hallway by the office/washroom and everytime I made I would release a breath I wouldn't know I was holding and my grandparents would look at me and say "what's wrong sweetface" and I'd be like can I just sleep in here cause I wouldn't want to run back to my room lmao

bro my parents room was way down the hallway, and the dark ass living room entrance is right before their door. i almost NEVER ran to my parents room bc of the fear. i was sweating under the blankets praying and crying bc of how scared i was. didn’t help that i slept with the door open. and if i woke up in the middle of the night, the hal light would be off. once i got a stuffed animal flashlight, i would put that right up to my eyes as i tried to sleep. and regarding dolls, me and my sister had an elmo chair thing that would like sing or turn on or whatever. my bröther would hear it go off at night. by itself. and one time i had a dream my baby alive and barbie told me to kill my family. i cried yelling no at them. anyway, yeah.

Unbenounced to the viewers of Eddie's future videos...the person they saw and heard was in fact not a Mexican, or a human at all, but an alternate. As Eddie walked his hallway, a face was watching mim from the stairs, but slinked into the darkness of the first floor when looked at. Eddie however saw the face out of the corner of his eyes, and froze. Eventually, our favorite content creator continued moving through his house towards Gabby, towards safety. But a hand reached out from behind the bathroom door startling Eddie, cousing him to gasp loudly, a quiet scream. The alternate slammed the bathroom door. Scaird, Eddie backed into the guest bedroom and locked the door. A man akin to Eddie, but without a face, appeared out of the darkness behind him, and in one movement, removed Eddie's face and brain, killing him instantly. The alternate then put Eddies face on, and consumed his brain, gaining Eddwards memories and voice. the sound of Eddie's body hitting the floor woke Gabby, but all she saw was Eddie acting normal, a broken glass on the floor. Eddie explained that he dropped the glass and apologized to Gabby for waking her. He smiled, sinister, but Gabby didn't seem to notice.

I can relate to being scared of dolls lmao, my sister at my old house had a like big glass display case? idk what it was exactly but she had a collection of glass dolls. There was also a light on the 'roof' of the case thing, so you could see all the dolls, and I kid you not, I swear those dolls would move, even in the slightest of ways like an arm moves up or down or smth like that, but I hate dolls, they're creepy af.

Fun Fact! The reason those faces and noises make people feel uneasy, is because of the Valley affect. When humans see something that's, human? Like a human face but weider, which is why long faces, pale skin, hallow eyes, and a wide face, like the faces in this video, make you so uneasy. Honestly the creator did such a good job with tiny little details. Which is why the back rooms and such work so well, like you know it but it's wrong.
