Vehicle access solutions with AXIS License Plate Verifier

Axis presents vehicle access solutions with the introduction of AXIS License Plate Verifier analytics for selected Axis cameras, and the bundled AXIS P1445-LE-3 License Plate Verifier Kit. When the analytics application is installed on a compatible Axis camera, it makes it easy and cost-effective to have an automated and standalone vehicle access system in controlled areas such as parking lots. The application reads the license plate captured by the camera and verifies it against a white or black list stored in the camera. The application’s built-in support for AXIS A1001 Network Door Controller also makes it possible to expand the system, use license plates as credentials, and set up rules such as access times.
