Hey! I hope you have enjoyed what you have played for the demo! Also the things you have brought up in this video are very useful and I'm going to make some changes! especially to his sounds and also the things I've done to try and prevent people trying to cheese the level. unfortunately I believe I have not made the mechanic for preventing the cheese forgiving enough. I'd like to explain what is happening. there are 3 ways to lose this level.
1) look at the entity. This one I know you understand.
2) walking back into the entity. this was to try and prevent people from trying to navigate the level just walking backwards so if it spawns behind you, and you walk back into him. and
3) If you back is against a wall. If you back is against the wall and it trys to spawn it will attempt to spawn 5 more time half a second apart, if it still cant spawn it will get you. i understand and can see though how that's only 2.5 seconds you have when it decides to try spawn. and this is not fair.
Something I'll add as well. It can spawn randomly around the map as well as behind you but it'll never spawn close enough to be in the view radious that can get you. so you need to listen out in case he might be around a corner or something.

I appreciate the response. I kind of figured the 2nd one. The third one though is problely what got me killed a few times! The game is scary and the atmopshere is tense so you got that in spades. This 2nd monster is just really difficult combined with the maze. No hate to the game though I like it.
