This is by far the most intuitive notion I've seen. I NEED IT.
Thank you thank you 😊
it's just an amazing template! it's the first time when i see a template which is REALLY productive and configured to to all the work! great job!
thanks so much! :D
I suggest to also link a habit for an area or/and project and also be able to make it a recurring task. Thus template is really good
Wow, I need this TODAY. This is exactly how my brain works. I’ve tried building my own systems, and buying templates but it just hasn’t worked out. I subscribed and am excited for this launch! Any idea of when it will be available?
Hopefully next week 😊😀 Thanks for the support!
Let me know your thoughts on the Headquarters setup! 😊
I love it. Its good structured, without any distractions and includes really all things.
Love this! I like that it’s not “overdone”. I can not even begin to imagine the hours you thought about, planned and then designed this template, but I can tell you that I will be totally thankful for every single moment when I get my hands on this template. Come on Sunday, hurry up and get here.
that is such a nice message! thank you
Sweet template! I love how you handle habits as tasks with templates, and the monthly calendar view of habits. Nice!
Thanks so much! 😄
I would like to see a "why you didn't complete a certain task" notes section. I feel that sometimes we can be so busy and not have time to do things and just forget the specific reason why, but I think its important to know reason why a task didn't get completed in order to be prepared in the instance that it comes up again. Other than that, I love the template and can't wait for launch!
Man this is the best template I've seen, it has everything I need. Man Im torn between waiting or just trying to emulate at this point. I've spent a week trying to lay out the architecture....torn. Great work bud.
appreciate it so much! I may be biased here but I'd wait till Sunday haha
@@ProductiveSetups jajajaj. Love it. I’m waiting I’m waiting. We’ll let you focus so your end product is a banger for all of us. Thanks for sharing . I’m sure this is more helpful for you than it is for us
I've read about 60% of the productivity books you mentioned in each video, and you have a brilliant and easy way of organizing the content in Notion.
Personally, on my dashboard, I have some databases to keep track of my expenses and each day's income, along with a graph that compares how much I've saved in previous months with the current one plus different boards for where my money goes as for example: how much I invested, how much I donated or saved etc.. I think that's the only thing missing in Headquarters regarding
personal finances and finances habits!
In relation to everything else, the top buttons are great, extremely easy to take quick notes without thinking too much and later on going through the Quick Notes workspace to find them. What else can I say, you just thought about everything.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm thinking I might make a finance template that can easily be added to this setup down the line. This was more about the productivity side of things. Thank you so much for your feedback though, genuinely really appreciate it 😀
Me copying this template word for word: "Ok, Yes... So my habit is habit.. I need a calendar?"
Can you try telling about a knowledge bank or maybe make one of your high quality t, super creative videos about it because most of your videos are about active item but what about the capture😢 like for people who have to work with files or idk teachers?
Hey, I would love to use this really productive template. Well done. I would like to see the section for family & friends, Im looking for something to keep records of events that happens with specific people and write notes about it for future research and something like that
There is a family & friends page with everything related to that so you can quickly see those type of events coming up :D (plus you can take notes on those pages)
I wish this had chapter links so that I could find the topic I'm looking for easier. The template is amazing, but when I review an idea or topic, I have to keep sorting through the whole video. It's frustrating.
make timestamps!
This is amazing! I'm looking forward to the launch!
Thank you!
thank u bro i love u
THIS IS AMAZING
Love this so much, I would love to use this template when it's out!
very very soon!
Love your "Move the Needle" flag, I'm great at digging into the planning or thinking or distractions, then at the end of the day feeling like I didn't "actually do anything." Some stuff I did will have moved the needle, but since it wasn't a completion i dismiss it.
I'm glad this helped! Yeah I'm very big on seeing what actually "Moved the Needle", so we know where to focus our time :D
Busted! I have now subscribed 🤣🤣
I love this template but I would love to create one like this myself to learn notion really well. I really wanna be good at notion.
Great template, already installed! Thank you! One question regarding the Resources part, how do you relate resources to projects or life buckets? Ideally the process should be: I collect resources that in the future might be part of one or more projects (in the same way the notes work). Please let me know your thoughts on this.
Hey :) thanks for the download! typically I found that Notes were more specific to Projects and Resources are more useful to specific Topics of Interest. :D
@@ProductiveSetups
Yeah, I agree with that. Although, my point is that storing information (references) just for the sake of it might not be very productive. I'd probably find it more useful to store actionable information that I can use in future projects. For example, I can have a Topic of Interest called AI, but at the same time, I'll create a project like "AI self-enablement" to learn more about that specific topic, collect resources, take notes, etc. Anyways, I'll probably adapt the current template to implement this approach and its relations. Thank you!
Hi, I have been using Notion for quite some time and this template is definitely one of the best I have seen, how can I get it?
Thank you very much and congratulations, great job!
thank you! coming out very very soon
The Best ever template and explanation. I already study this notion template around 2 week straight but no like this. Simple and practical. After watch this , i directly subscribe .Hope can get free..HAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH.
Great job man!
thank you thank you
WIl there be anything like an Archive in the PARA system?@@ProductiveSetups
I really like this template but I disagree with the no goals part and this is the only reason I'm hesitant to buy it. I'd love to have Objectives & Key Results (OKR) incorporated within it, especially being able to see how each project and/or task(s) relates to my key results and moves me closer to reaching my objectives. This can be powerful, especially if implemented alongside the 12 Week Year concept. Other than that it's a great template!
hey :) I totally get your point. Instead I do bottleneck analysis which is kind of my way of moving closer to reaching objectives. The way I see if projects and tasks matter is by seeing if they "moved the needle" which I find really helpful. Honestly, goals are similar to projects. But the way I look at projects is that they're like goals but have tasks associated with them. I.e. the goal of "start a business" seems scary and lofty. But the project of "start a business" has the tasks; "research project", "buy domain", etc. :)
@@ProductiveSetups I see. That explains the ‘Deadline’, ‘Fav’, and ‘Ongoing’ category of projects in your template. It’s a different concept to consider, however, it’s workable. Projects tend to be thought of more as a finite concept; something with a start and end date, while objectives are something to work toward but not necessarily 100% achieve, rather evolving over time. Also, some objectives may require more than one project per objective.
I actually did end up buying your template because I figured out a way to incorporate an OKR template within the databases in your template and it works great (at least in keeping my own sanity! 🤣).
I do love the simple no joke, no fluff design and structure of your template! I’m giving it a go for the next few months and reassess at that time. But it’s looking promising. 🤗 Thank you for putting the time and effort in building such a simple yet functional template.
thank you I appreciate it! Thanks so much@@coachingbybia
This is an amazing template! How much will it cost? My ADHD brain needs this so much!!
Coming out this weekend 😀
I just love all the features included in this Second Brain, completely different from other youtuber´s thought and organizing process. Just a little bit of help here, one thing I am not familiarized with (and also haven´t learned from another tutorials) is on how do I get a recurrent task displayed on the calendar view? For example, on the Habit section to create a "meditation" habit and duplicate it on everyday´s calendar view at a certain hour. I hadn´t been able to set that up, I would appreciate if anyone can help me understand how to organize that recurrent tasks under the calendar view before this Second Brain releases so I would be prepared to use it right on. Also, I like to have my schedule organized hour by hour so if someone could help me there so the hour can be set for the habit I would really appreciate it too!!
Try adding the "Created Time" property inside the template to properly show it on the Calendar View. I assume that you already set the particular time and date that it will recur.
@@kuxjo I really thank your time for responding, I´ll try it on the incoming HQ template.
I am still unsure how I should take note for my course, as I have a lot of topics. How should I organize all of them?
This impresses me, I just don't consider myself to the type to use Notion. Though I could be convinced otherwise.
Look I'm pretty biased here, but I think you should reconsider, Notion is pretty cool
Can't believe it, it's finally here! 🎉

Great job! I just downloaded it. Will the projects/tasks work for teams? Assigning tasks and projects to others?
to assign tasks, just add a property with the person property and then tag them :)
"Nice work, but it's too expensive for me. Nonetheless, it's great work."
Ha PLEASE HELP! I just purchased this and have spent an hour trying to follow videos and start my own and I’m SOOO confused and feel like I’ve done nothing. As I’m trying to do the same things you’re doing in the video, it seems that it doesn’t work the same way on my iPad. I want it to be simplistic and I’m glad I purchased this, but am COMPLETELY overwhelmed. I don’t know why it’s so confusing for me as I know you took your time making these videos. Is there a cheat sheet to look at somewhere? I was so excited to work on this without interruptions for 60-90 mins. I’m so confused and simply seeing if anyone can help or has recommendations for how I should have small success quickly with this then add to it. Thank you in advance. I look forward to laughing about this in the near future.
Also, I’m struggling to zoom out a little on the view of this template. Being that it’s on my iPad Pro, i can see everything as it’s supposed to be seen. I’ve searched online how to do this and even asked a coworker that usually can help with this kind of stuff. No luck.
Hi :) Feel free to email me your specific questions and I can help you out
I just purchased this and unless I'm crazy it has no method to make a repeat task. I just assumed if it had habits you would have an option to make them repeat. Habits ideally are something you are trying to do over and over. Creating them for each occurrence seems as unproductive as you can get. I'm going to see if I can cobble together a solution from things I've seen in other templates but the reason I bought this is it looked like a pretty turnkey solution where renaming things and creating new templates was going to be the extent I had to work to customize it.
hey, appreciate the feedback. Setting up recurring tasks is not a specific feature for my dashboard because they work for any and all Notion dashboards. 😊 But. I've just uploaded a tutorial for Recurring Tasks, hope it helps!
Hey,
i purchased the template, AWESOME job.
just a feedback / question ...
is it possible to make a task reoccurring?
this will help with things like habits and repetitive tasks.
thank you.
hey! yes it is :D I have a seperate video on my channel on how to make a task recurring :)
@@ProductiveSetups Thank you.
is there a way to use (notion saver extension) to save directly to a new resource?
i tried creating a new form but it doesn't seem to work.
Thank you
need this!
bit confused about the differences between life buckets and topics. so essentially workspaces are the databases, life buckets are domain/area, and then within those domains there's topics?
great question! Life Buckets are the big areas in your life. Then topics are just things you're interested in. Say you're learning about a specific science topic for example. That might just be something you're interested in but it's not like a big main part of your life :) That way you still have access to everything related to that topic but it's not grouped together with "business" and "family" for example. Hope that helps!
What is the different between “tasks related to Job” and “Work Jobs”
Thank you! I find it very useful and will definitely use some ideas to polish my own system which looks and works in a very similar way (one main page, simple, minimum DB, effective buttons and templates etc.)
This design is for someone who dont need notion, but only notes in windows..
Hello great work done...i would like to buy the template can I get a discount code, please.
Is it possible to time block tasks and connect them to Google calendar with this template? For example, I would like my tasks tagged with Bussiness and that have start time associated to it to create an event in my calendar, so the people in the company can see if I am available.
Is there a way to make the habits show up everyday automatically?
You can set it as a recurring task :D
Hi, I want to buy this one
I want to use it with my family. Daily stuffs... Future buyouts bla bla... things recorded and managed
Can I do this by this template?
Can you add recurring tasks?
yes, 100% :) Anyone using Notion can have recurring tasks (not just Headquarters users)
i love your work it's the best and most of all it's cheap I like the others. lol
Thanks so much!
when is this template rolling out?
this is amazing!!! I've got a question, is the resource pool a separate database or a linked view of the notes database? if it's a separate database, say I collected resources like a youtube vid, blog post, book etc., that I’ve found useful and taken notes with, is it a resource or a note or both?
Hey, the notes and resources are separate databases 😊 but both can viewed on the appropriate pages. For example, on the "productivity" topics page you can see both notes and resources. Or on a project page you can see both resources and notes 😊
Also, you can take notes on the specific resource. So if you add a book or video, you can add notes directly to that resource
@@ProductiveSetups thank you for replying! So if I understood it correctly, you would add notes directly to the resource page right? would there be a way for me to link the notes and resource databases so if i take notes for a resource, it adds a new note in the notes database, but it's still linked to that original resource? As I would prefer to manage my notes in one place instead of thinking about whether it's in the resource database or in the notes database. sorry for rambling on!
@@ProductiveSetups Also, might I just ask when this template will be rolling out? I can't wait!
@@elle-fw5lp so a note would be something like "would be cool to do email marketing for my business" and then you connect it to your business page. That way you can see that on the notes and on the business page.
A resource could be like "Atomic Habits book" or a specific video. You would put that resource in there, and then take notes about that specific resource on that page. :)
Hope that makes sense :D
How do you handle notes / notes "on" ressources, it feels like i have "notes" in 2 DB and i struggle to handle this. eiter i have to link ressources to a note or have things in 2 DB
Hi, I recently purchased the template and it's a great tool for enhancing my productivity. However, I've noticed that it doesn't support AI writing. Is it possible to make it compatible with AI writing support?
hey mate, if you use (and pay for) Notion Ai then it should work :) I can't control if does or does not work with Notion Ai. But Ai is a paid feature with Notion after a certain amount of uses. Hope that helps!
Hey quick question any tips or help on setting up something that is recurring?
I have a seperate video on my channel about recurring tasks :) Hope it helps!
I use Clickup for our agency, how do you suggest implementing Notion second brain with my agency? Theres a gray line where it comes from Personal second brain to Clickup for business
Yeah they are definitely different. This is intended to run your life (your personal life, your work, your business). Not for collaborating with others. However, I am building a Team Workspace as we speak :)
@@ProductiveSetups yea I’ve been a hard Notion user and having a hard time letting go and sticking to ClickUp but would love a way to use both or a clean definitely line between the two. Any ideas?
@@robreichjr I recommend having a personal productivity template, and then a seperate work / collaborating template (made specifically for teams) :D
nice bro
Hi I just purchased the Headquarters template. I shows users also purchased other templates. I’m brand new and not organized yet at all with this. Do you recommend downloading the other common templates and importing them all into the Headquarters template? Or does the headquarters template already have those functions incorporated? Thank you in advance guys.
Hey! :) Headquarters has pretty much everything you need. I do have other free templates (like Meal Planner for example) that you can download free separately but in terms of Productivity, Headquarters has all the components set up and ready :)
