Your tone is spot on rich and bright. The lighter pick really enunciates everything with the attack, especially with these thick strings (at least thick for metal). I freaking love your content
Being self taught guitar player I have only had a few riffs by megadeth cause they are not easy for a self taught guy like me but I def trying I just want to be able to complete a full cover I only know how to read tabs but not chords
I didnt realize Dave doesnt play the main riff, Marty only does....probably too hard to play that fast and accurately during live shows but Marty could pull it off!
Thanks mate it’s a guitar series I did back in 2015 to sell. I had the bodies built in China and I sourced the hardware and set them up to play nice. This is the only one I have left
Hardest things on that album is: 1) fast first main riff in Poison Was The Cure 2) ending of Rust In Peace… Polaris 3) Take No Prisoners almost all riffs after 1:38 and except ending riff
@@AkkayHT228 i agree,i think the intro's to Lucretia and Hangar 18 are pretty tricky as well with these weird chords that you rarely see in other metal songs.
@@toby2581 It's obvious , however it's much more effective for your guitar skills when you are playing guitar and you can see someone is playing guitar and tabs on the screen at the same time. Eg his favourite Exodus or Testament riffs example in another superb videos.

I have no idea what you said the first minute or so, I just tune in to watch you do that voodoo that you do so.......so well.
teach your parrot head banging
Surely parrot can shred some Kreator riffs.
Awesome vid dude!!! Keep em coming.
And can't help but think of Zeppelin's Houses of the Holy at the beginning
Awesome!!
This is too good.
"banjo riff" the perfect way to describe that, been trying to put my finger on how to describe it for months. One of my favorite riffs of all time.
Damn I thought Dave did that main riff
I think he does on the record though
yep, marty said that@@whiplacho6362
I think that c-powerchord where you add that c-sharp (and then back A) comes from Jimmy Page. He did that lick in "Houses of the Holy", i believe.
If I could get that tone (from your playing style and gear) I would never buy any more gear. So nice sounding
Phantom Lord Megadeth style.
dude thanks for this! also, have you ever been bitten by your parrot?
Great lesson mate. Is Marty's riff similar to that "banjo" part of Dave's? I've tried for years to figure it out but I'm just not fast enough.
Ben Eller did a nice lesson on that part for Marty
Sounds great! Keep up the good work! Have a good weekend 😊🤘
Thanks! Have a great weekend 🤘🏻
G'day Mate !

I would give a like to this video, but I want to keep the counter where it's at.
Holy shit. Someone please tell me what guitar that is...
you don't show Dave's verse riff part)
sounds a lot like Metallica’s phantom lord!
Thank you for taking the time to show us this brother. Rock on sir

This should become a lesson channel as well
Thank You!
Sweet tone!
what's the hardest song of the album ? is it Take no prisonners ?
It’s up there, Dave’s riffs are all hard to play at first.
Hardest things on that album is:
1) fast first main riff in Poison Was The Cure
2) ending of Rust In Peace… Polaris

Tabs attached would be awesome
