More than 99.9 % officers in power, in this country have been grossly corrupt since ages because of unaccountability. During my services undue claims of several Big Corporate Houses approved by Higher Authorities were got cancelled and the Lowest Rates of Tenders invited in my control were as low as 24 % below schedule where as the Rates of Tenders invited by other parts of UP were always above the schedule but the Central Tender Committee while deciding the tenders never objected in deciding the Tenders at higher Rates for obvious reasons.Once when in the year 2003 I was made Technical Member of a Tender Committee, I rejected 19 pooled quoted Tenders as a return my TA Bills of 18 months were rejected by the chairman of the Tender Committee who was my boss on flimsy grounds and finally my Transfer was arranged in contravention to orders of Honourable High Court .My official Vehicle was managed to be got lifted by miscreant contractors and I had to purchase a Pistol and Rifle , taking Advance from GPF for the protection of my family after which the corrupt officers got me transferred and issued warning for purchasing Fire Arms but immediately after this an honest Secretary was posted by the CM who took Suo-Moto action to cancel the transfer. I wrote a book on bungling of Hundreds of Crores of Rs ( present value) noted by me in the offices of which I took Charge and repeatedly submitted it to the Highest Authorities as a result suffered from 24 Transfers in a service of 32 years against which I had to approach honourable High Court 3 times and to Ministers at numerous time and finally on 27-10-1999 honourable High Court put a permanent stop on the fowl plays . The corrupt departmental Machinery thus tortured me for diligent, sincere and honest services but finally after retirement God helped me to serve in Indian and Foreign Companies where I was honoured of respect, post and money much more than that earned by others in the department by corrupt means. Alas if the Media was active to expose the corruption as it is today.

officers are doing this from very long time , and plz show another armed forces . everywhere is the same story . and officers are forcing low rank guys to work at there home .(cooking , cleaning , take care of their babies , etc) , and walfair is the place where all the where all this started . wallfair just make money and doing partyes every weekend , officers wifes control that and they are doing functions like dancing , ramp walk ,etc where only lowest rank womens are doing ramp walk and dancing . super senior officers are good compair to officers from three star to IG !. plz research about another armed forces you will find every things
