    I don't know if you noticed this , but I could not see much of anything you were doing because all I could see ( for the most part ) was the back of your head , hands & arms .

    This video was spot on. Others did not explain the nut that must be removed before pulling the spout out.

    I have this faucet and I have been looking for help on how to fix this exact issue so Thank you!

    It's a strap wrench. And they put three o-rings in the kit because the kit is universal which will fit other faucet models. Thank you very much for the video!

      Thanks for the info on the third o-ring, in my kit its metal and I was looking everywhere while I was replacing faucet parts for a place for it to go so I stopped before I started putting on silicone to check this video again and I saw your comment. Thank you KRAZETV for instruction video and Seemore Butts for the added info you both saved me hours of looking around for info.

      Thanks for the kind words. I know it's an old outdated video- but the good news is I haven't had to change it again yet. When I do I'll make a better video- LoL! thanks for watching! :)

    Thanks. A close up of the O ring locations before you swapped them out would have helped even more. I only see one on my faucet.

    You can use a pickle jar rubber lid remover instead of the rubber strap wrench. I have done this job several times myself, but I wanted to show a friend how it is done. This video is poorly shot and poorly thought out. People should keep searching for a better made film.

    The connector got stuck inside the cap for me. I can't seem to get it out. Not sure what to do other than order $87 replacement of the whole thing

    • @gatsuuga9
      @gatsuuga9 5 років тому

      I got it loose! I screwed it back on and then used the rubber wrench to get the cap off, and off it came. For the first time since buying the place the kitchen sink doesn't gush from the base! Thanks for the video.

    The white Teflon ring is separated as if it either broke vertically, or its supposed to be like that. Any idea?

      I'm not sure- since this was years ago- however find out what model you have and go over to the Moen store on Amazon to find your O-ring here: amzn.to/3SLmHXP I hope this helps. :)

    The important parts were hidden by his hands, back of head, never showed the end where the o-ring and white snap ring went, didn't show the new part kit. What was the point of the video?
    Only truly useful part was the nut that needed undoing under the spout stem
    Otherwise, nothing to see here!
