Hello sir. greetings .can you please explain the length part @ 18:41 . is the length calculated straight length or the length of the spring between two end points when the spring is in camber??if its the length between two ends when spring is in camber than what will be the straight length(when the soring is in straight condition)?
Good work. really appreciated your work but i request you explain the how it is failure and their theory! for gate aspirants its great source for knowledge!! waiting for other subjects videos expecially thermodynamics

hi bro, I'm glad to be your viewer. just so, In calculating the initial gap of the leaves x=2pL^3 as per your notes but in the book it is like x=6pl^3 which one correct? if the book one is right kindly change cause you have lot of learner
@@focusacademylectures sir it make changes in entire dimensions otherwise it is difficult to modeling in Catia so kindly guide me to some standard dimension any leaf spring if u know about it. And thanks for reply
Here "number of full length leaf is 2" and "number of graduated leaf is 5". At the end while finding the length of leaf - Leaf 6 and leaf 7 are in different dimensions. Then it is acted as a graduated leaf right?
Length calculate panrapo bottom to top la calculate panuvom... So top 2 leaves ku additional length irukum. But 7th leaf tha master leaf athuku rendu end la m, eye irukum... Athuku extra length calculate pananum. 6th leaf full leaf ah irunthalum athuku eye irukathu so additional length venam. 6 and 7 full length leaves ah act agum, remaining graduated leaves ah act agum
Sir please upload a video on how to use psg databook for each units in anna university curriculum for Regulation 2017. It will really help students sir, please. One last video on design of machine elements please sir.
I Think we have to take 18 or lesser constant value as our pin diameter b'coz already we are calculated for eye diameter. so Eye dia > Pin dia, so if eye is 18.4mm, then surely the pin dia is lesser than 18. So, surely 20 is bigger one.
In different language also explanation is explicitly clear.
Clearly explained ...good work ...waiting for more videos from you .

@focusacademylectures thankyou boss❤️
bro but there t=9mm is very minute valve so if we cam assume it for our requirement is it possible
Chakradhari Bynaboina we can assume... Wen we require

What yu really need? Are yu modelling leaf spring?? Or yu need to analyse that?
yes sir and there is data required like dimensions and properties of metal and I M GOING TO DESIGN BUT WE COULD NOT FIND ACTUAL OR STANDARD DIMENSIONS
Refer data book
Thank you so much
In 12:00, I think u mistaked by taking instead of L= 510mm..u took 550mm..may I right sir?

Sir when we have to take equally stress formula and highly stress formula for spring (please answer my question in English because I don't no tamil)

Bro in 3rd division, L1^2 you mentioned as total length, so TL is 1100, but you put as 550^2

Sir please upload this lecture in Hindi or English
While in explanation for highly stress condition in full leaves than graduated leaves , you have not multuplied 'E' in deflection formula
mention the time period of video

Try to explain in English or Hindi alone so dat we can understand sir...
