This is not just with Sunteck, every other builder in Mumbai resort to false commitment and such practices in order to promote marketing. Of course, whatever is not documented is not done. However Sunteck did raise the real estate standard of Naigaon East. Property rates have increased and now Sunteck plans to start with WestWorld Naigaon Phase 3 and Sunteck Suruchi in Naigaon as well. You should see JP Infra project and it’s complaints by customers in Mira Road, they haven’t even provided basis amenities like garden. Ironically that project is referred as JP North Garden City! Such marketing strategies play a vital role in boosting real estate segment.
Video is good..... we have to see all these agreement aspects when ever we go to buy.. from any builder may be. Coming onto this project..I visited it 2 days back.. their west world project is errected (may be cause payment depends on slabs) but lot of interior n exterior work is pending... giving possession in Dec 21 is difficult. Builder is reputed but.. Flats are too small...no balconies or even flowerbeds in bedroom...still they are very small... inside there are no amenities...like no modular kitchen, No POP etc... outside lot of amenities promised... cost is also too much....for the area they r giving.... only thing which goes in favor is the reputation of the builder.
I really dnt knw what to say..but my experience is, that their customer service is worst once you buy a flat..they never answer calls trust me...no reply on emails..never means never...until and unless they dnt have anything to say..last email I got was abt some "club prime membership and car parking slots". And one of the worst thing I never got a chance to see the actual flat..whereas there are video out..where PPL are getting the chance..the guy name "Nirmal" in the office trust me he just knw how to fool around men. Just waiting for possession now.

This project has landed in problem.... Cc has not been granted for upper floors but builder has constructed.... So penalty has been imposed on suntec builder khetan...hence work is stopped. Adv Sanjay punjabi
