Thank you for posting an updated video! I must’ve watched your original review at least 10 times! I’m surprised you had an issue with returns though. I went to their website immediately after watching your video and it does look like their returns policy is straightforward. Would you mind sharing more info as to the reasons they gave why they rejected the return?

@serial_eater They didn't outright reject it, they sent a few emails explaining the leather was 'ok' as it looked (badly creased). They convinced me it was normal and I shouldn't return it, so I ultimately didn't. ETA: Thanks for the support! 🥰

Good review, I got pecan and taupe (mini holly) and black (holly) I love them.
Considering the Cerise but would like it the threading to be in Cerise.
