Modes of Operation
Electronic Lockout
Lock - With light turned off, press switch 4 times. Light will flash 3 times
Unlock - press the switch 4 times
Basic Operation
Press the switch quickly for on or off.
While the light is on, press and hold the switch to cycle through Eco, Low, Medium, and High. Light has memory for last setting used
To access Eco, long press the switch while the light is off
To access Turbo, double press the switch while the light is on or off
To access Strobe, triple press the switch while the light is on or off
To access SOS, triple press the switch while in Strobe setting
Programing
Turn light on to the lumen setting to be changed. Press the switch once and quickly press and hold the switch again. Intensity will increase/decrease. Release switch when desired intensity is achieved. Light will flash twice at high and low end of the range
Eco 20 - 400 lumens
Low 400 - 1000 lumens
Med 1000 - 2000 lumens
High 2000 - 3000 lumens
Restore to factory settings - With light in electronic lockout, press the switch three times (single-press followed quickly with a double-press followed quickly with a triple-press). Light will come on in Eco mode

G'day again Mark, a very versatile unit, as a fellow cyclist it's quite a beast, and yep a significantly better than average holster too.
Don't mind undoing a few screws for a battery change, .......... just as long as you can, .... (shouldn't void warranty though).
I do feel that a two button design would help the interface, but as is, not too complicated for a single button job.
Incidentally, I scan and carry my torch specs on my phone as a back up to my own unreliable memory, lol. Cheers Duke.
I didn't try taking it a part but I think, based on similar style lights, that the batteries are actually wired together. Thanks for commenting

@@MarkYoungBushcraft unfortunately wuben company is making jokes of their customers. They supply influencers to make review online with whole package including bike mount then during preorders they inform that the bike mount will be available end of Dec 2022, suddenly non-officially, people distributing discount codes are informed with a comment like: "Hi xxx, Unfortunately, we do not plan to release bike mounts."
Maybe the light itself is ok but customer service for me is like Chinese scam, don't want to think how they will deal in case of warranty claims 🤬

Just wondering if you had any thoughts on your light after having it for a month? I'm really debating getting one but wondered if you had any immediate pro's and con's?
@@tomgibbon4731 So far, nothing bad / negative on the light itself. I am bringing it at night with sheath on my tactical belt. Pretty handy. Its solid, thus heavy but i think well worth the price its selling at. I believe its the only one with a fan in this form factor and size. USB C port allows me to even charge it in the car. Anyway, the beam pattern is very useful and it has decent throw for a floody light. My favorite edc light now.

Wow! I guess that's not a keychain light! Lots of options, but the weight is a no-go for me, since I'm not a cyclist.
It is heavy and I don't carry it in a pocket but when I want the most light, this is the one to have. Thanks for commenting

I was so excited to get the X1 and wow, what a piece of crap ( my copy at least ) one of the screws was hanging out under the fan component, at 12,000 lumens it's wouldn't turn off, the LEDs stayed lit when turned off and it couldnt hold the 20 lumen mode ( it would drop output about every 20 seconds ) . My first Wuben and unfortunately my last. On a positive they refunded the unit no questions ask. Sticking to the major brands like Nitecore and Oilght going forward.

I ordered one over a month ago. Haven't heard anything since! I also ordered the larger one and was sent s shipping notification but the tracking number says its been sitting in New Jersey for a month. I wouldn't suggest doing business with this company. I guess I'll notify my credit card company and see if I can get my money refunded.

I ordered four times from Wuben and received my orders four times (two X2's and two X1's) within the last two months.
I've ordered the light thinking, there is the bike mount provided, then they changed the website saying the bike mount will be available...but at the end of December, eventually there is mid of january, I received the light, still...no holder. I've send them about 11 emails, they replied only the one, they wanted to reply...the first one. Absolutely joke of a company. Definitelly do not recommend.
