    1.Thumb Press Exercise
    Take your right thumb and press it with your left hand. Make sure your left thumb aligns with the nail of your right thumb, and your left index finger is on the back of the nail. Do the same thing again, but this time press sideways.
    2.Chest Press Breathing
    Fold your hands and press your palms and fingers at a right angle against the center of your chest. Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
    3. Digital Detox Day for dopamine detox
    Give yourself a break from your mobile phone for one whole day every week.
    4.Hydration Break
    Whenever you feel detached from your studies, take a pause and drink one liter of water. Staying hydrated can help refresh your mind and keep you focused.

    It's been now 1+ month since i started these exercises.
    And not sure about the memory retention capacity, but yeah my brain feels so good lately and my body is overall good[including the dopamine detox(For 12 hrs tbh)]
    Try these exercises if still not tried by anyone here.

    Short term Exercise- 1. Press your thumb, then press your thumb side
    2. Hand ko fold karke chest pr rakhe then deep breathing
    Long term Exercise-1. One day don't use your phone (1 month challenge accepted)
    2. Drink more water..

    Last year i was depressed 5 to 6 month because my father passed away that time i thought everything is end but when i saw your video i feel very energetic and happy also calm.. bhaiya your all videos is very helpful for me..

    Kisi ko trust nahi hoga but really mujhe ek din kya pure saal bhi mobile use nahi karne ko mile to bhi koi problem nahi hai mere liye. Infect main bahut kam use karti hu, mobile only for needs, like study ya call attend karne ke liye. Really bina mobile life ka mja alag level ka hai 😊😊🥰🥰

    Thanks for this video bhiya. I also facing the problem of forgot chapters I learnt earlier and feel leazy while studying Accountancy. I tried all the 3 tricks and it's amazing that all the three tricks works in me I feel a bit energetic.☺️ I am surely try to flow this tricks and inform you after 1 month.     Bhaiya the first two exercises had worked for me and i am really happy that i had found something knowledgeable and informative channel from the youtube. When i felt something while doing those exercises, it was really a magic. I don't know often comment on your channel and yes it's maybe the first time that i am commenting

    *Agar aap Hindu religion se belong karte hain toh aapko zaroor pata hoga ki Hindu religion se belong karne waale logon ka 1 month mein 3-4 festivals hote hain. Agar wo festival 3-4 dinn ke baad hai tab bhi padhai mein mera mann nahin lagta. Mera mann vichlit ho jaata hai, mera brain overthinking karne lagta hai ki--kitne log aayenge, konsi dress pehnungi--aisa.
    Parr aapne iss video mein bataya ki apne brain ko kaise reboot kare, aapne bahut videos mein overthinking avoid karne ka bahut saara tareeka bataya parr inn mein se koi bhi tareeka mere upar kaam nahin karta. Mai jab bhi apne brain ko control karna chahti hoon, overthinking avoid karne chahti hoon phir bhi mera brain out of control ho jaata hai. Ab aap hi bataye plz isska koi solution hai kya ???
