1.Thumb Press Exercise
Take your right thumb and press it with your left hand. Make sure your left thumb aligns with the nail of your right thumb, and your left index finger is on the back of the nail. Do the same thing again, but this time press sideways.
2.Chest Press Breathing
Fold your hands and press your palms and fingers at a right angle against the center of your chest. Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
3. Digital Detox Day for dopamine detox
Give yourself a break from your mobile phone for one whole day every week.
4.Hydration Break
Whenever you feel detached from your studies, take a pause and drink one liter of water. Staying hydrated can help refresh your mind and keep you focused.

It's been now 1+ month since i started these exercises.
And not sure about the memory retention capacity, but yeah my brain feels so good lately and my body is overall good[including the dopamine detox(For 12 hrs tbh)]

2. Hand ko fold karke chest pr rakhe then deep breathing
Long term Exercise-1. One day don't use your phone (1 month challenge accepted)

Bhaiya mai aapki ek bahut badi fan hoon, mai bhi aapke jaisa hi bann na chahti hoon.
Parr bhaiya meri ek problem hai agar solve karr dete toh.....
*Agar aap Hindu religion se belong karte hain toh aapko zaroor pata hoga ki Hindu religion se belong karne waale logon ka 1 month mein 3-4 festivals hote hain. Agar wo festival 3-4 dinn ke baad hai tab bhi padhai mein mera mann nahin lagta. Mera mann vichlit ho jaata hai, mera brain overthinking karne lagta hai ki--kitne log aayenge, konsi dress pehnungi--aisa.
Parr aapne iss video mein bataya ki apne brain ko kaise reboot kare, aapne bahut videos mein overthinking avoid karne ka bahut saara tareeka bataya parr inn mein se koi bhi tareeka mere upar kaam nahin karta. Mai jab bhi apne brain ko control karna chahti hoon, overthinking avoid karne chahti hoon phir bhi mera brain out of control ho jaata hai. Ab aap hi bataye plz isska koi solution hai kya ???
Agar ho toh please bhaiya isske upar bhi ek video bana dena kyunki sirf mai hi nahi aise bahut saare log hai jinnke problems mein se ye waala ek hai.
