Definitely the third one, the first two are great, but more like chocolate milk, I don't recognize hot chocolate if it's not thick like a chocolate pudding.
marshmallows in hot chocolate and "good" are 2 things that just don't work in my opinion. other people have this about pineapples on pizza or sugar on pasta
