I used to live in Crouch End and the Muswell Hill area was one of my favourite for wandering. It really feels like a little village of its own

My neighbourhood! Muswell Hill is architecturally gorgeous and plush. I have never been a fan of its new population though, far too many champagne lefties.
If you can tolerate them, the place is up there amongst the best neighbourhoods to live in the UK, hands down.

I used to work from a shop right on the roundabout back in the late 80.s ( Muswell Hill Pianos ), our workshop was at the top end of Dukes Mews , tvm for your video it has brought back some wonderful memories 🙂

As as Aussie who spent forty years of my life living in Ealing, also full of charmingly ornate Edwardian houses, this lovely video was so nostalgic, especially on such a sunny June day. I watch wanderizm videos of bus and tube rides as well which bring back memories of my youthful days in London, my favourite city.

I lived there. It isn't posh. Expensive to live there today, yes, but not posh, just middle class.

The place looks very clean, and the buildings look well looked after. Not like some of the places that you have shown on your bus tours. Myself I have never been a lover of Edwardian, or Victorian buildings. I have always found them rather dark and depressing inside. And a bit too elaborate outside. It must cost a lot to own property there, and still have no place to park your car.
