  • How to break in Dr. Martens fast and easy with this freezing trick. I've been wearing Dr. Martens since the 90's and I know first hand that some pairs are harder to break in than others. I found a super easy trick to get those stubborn pairs broken in and on your feet!

    I’ve done this with some thrifted Uggs but have never used my brain power to do it with my Jadons that cause my heel to literally bleed to death . Thank you.

    I found you on TikTok and I’m trying this method as we speak! Just put my Dr Marten Trash Vaudeville Jadons in the freezer. Fingers crossed!! I’m obsessed with these but after only 5 minutes I know they’ll kill the tops of my toes.

      You are very welcome. For vegan - I would warm them up with a hairdryer and then put them on with thick socks. They shouldn't need as much work to get them broken in. Hope this helps!

      I totally agree, I only purchase true leather shoes but I understand the vegan leather although I wouldn’t want the material to break. That would be such a. Shame 😞

    Hey! I found you through tiktok and I’m excited to try this, just bought my first pair of docs last week💗 Sadly didn’t do my research beforehand so I got sore feet’s and blisters😭 I have a question, did you freeze cold, hot or lukewarm water when you did this method? Thanks for sharing your video btw, so helpful! I also got the Jadon docs in black with fur, super excited to properly wear them🥰

    • @grayhairandtattoos
      @grayhairandtattoos  2 роки тому +1

      Hi There - I'm not sure how the fur will do in the freezer. I've only done the leather ones with no lining. Jadons are known for being hard to break in. Try using the Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam and super think socks. You can also warm up the leather with a hair dryer before wearing them to help soften the leather. I hope this helps!

    I just got some brand new platform molly doc martens. The seam just below the lacing is digging into my foot and making them unbreakable to wear. I'm going to try this and see how it goes. I really hope it helps.
