The goal of this talk is to make the audience understand the underlying change detection strategy of Angular. Starting with a small example of interpolation and explaining how Angular updates those values "magically". Then diving into the mystery of zone.js and how Angular utilizes it to perform change detection. Also, discussing how change detection is performed across an Angular app. Additionally, discussing trade-offs of this strategy and optimization techniques (briefly). Finally, covering how other frameworks achieve similar outcomes. The goal is to explain these concepts in a simplistic way to really make it “click” for the audience.
