As a science major, I can say that Yuri did really well in making the cheese. Fermented foods are super tricky to make and take a lot of effort. She was really neat and careful with every step, I really enjoyed watching it!
Yuri being totally authentic, as is expected of her. I can't say how much I like the way she thinks and acts, it means she was made for art, because she applies it even in the kitchen where she differs from everyone. Brazil is with you Yuri, fighthing.
