Psalm 91 (NKJV)
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust."
3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.
4 He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;

I suffered brain cancer and skin cancer. I'm currently battling stage 4 thyroid cancer. My body is all wrecked from the illness, and I always ask God why?!
But this song (Psalm 91) reminds me to come to God and rest under his wings. No matter what you're going through, He knows. Trust in God, because He not only knows what you are going through, but He's protecting you.

The secret place of the Most High is the best place to be. Abide. It can be for an hour in the morning before you start your day, or any other quiet place and time you can find throughout your day. Eventually after staying steady in your secret place God will strengthen you to the point where that secret place becomes a constant place throughout your day, namely you can always be in His presence. Praise God.

I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me. - Psalm 131:2. I am reminded of this verse.
But this world and our flesh has so much to draw our hearts away so that we do not dwell in the Secret Place of the Most High, but rather where our other idols are. Constantly we need to practice this habit to pray without ceasing and dwell here.

I have done so many things wrong in the eyes of the Lord. I have cursed his name. Slept with a married woman. I have forgotten him and swimming in sin and fornication. Finally something clicked in me. I knew I needed to get back into it. I didn't know how so I listened to the book of Revelation. I was given sight by the word of God to really see the corruption and evil this world has become. Now I spend time daily reading my bible I purchased. I am glad to find this song to worship him even when I can't stop to read his word. I never realized how good I would feel from his grace and love. Now I feel like I have truly prevented and washed myself clean in his son and walk the narrow path of his life. Trying to avoid all the evil and sin from pulling me back in. I have done well on this journey in a few short weeks. I hope to continue this till the Lord comes back. But I want to thank those that made this video to help me remind me how strong I can be with the Lord on my side and I on his. Amen and God bless you all.

Oh I was trying to refer to the other guy, the only thing I need major help with an addiction to porn. I was afraid to tell others because I know it's horrible and I hate how they portray women and defile each other, I just need prayer but was, embarrassed to tell someone but I just admitted on the net. I started as a youngin but couldn't stop since, I'm 18 on the way to 19. Other than that I'm saved , I pray I try to fast , preach the gospel but like Paul, I have a thorn in my side. I hate being like that, it's hypocritical to the other pervs. God hates sexual immorality and hypocrite. Just pray it leaves me, and I receive deliverance. Please

This is my favorite chapter in the book of Psalms. When my mother was dying, I played this, hoping God would revive her but to no avail. But it did not stop me from still trusting Him. And don't you know my father memorized this?T 6:57 hank and praise God in Jesus name 🙏
