The music is very irritating to me. Why do you need it? Otherwise a good video
While this is a good video, I don't think it goes far enough. For example, all houses have insulation, but a passive home will have insulation that is 30 cm thick. This point alone makes passive houses stand out among others.
Consider limited or no windows by combining a monitor for camera output thus increasing thermal insulation and security (and cost).
very useful thank you looking up for more interesting contents
Ein sehr innovatives Video mit vielen Fakten. 👍👍🇩🇪
These are basic design principles that are over 3,000 years old. Check your architectural history - these are very old principles we need to use today.
please remove the annoying music
Passive homes require mechanical ventilation to ensure optimal air quality.
Maybe it's passive aggressive?
Thank you.
Almost cannot hear whats being said due to the loud distracting background sound that phases in & out. What a terrible video due to the nasty sound. . .
Air tightness is a pulmonary health disaster! I suggest investigating air filters plus heat / humidity exchangers to permit free exchange between inner and outer air. And, yes, more solar heated thermal mass.
What about a pasive home in a tropical envirioment!?
How condensation is avoided ?
By completely sealed ?
Using mechanical ventilation
Solar planes as shades is the smarter way to make a low electric bill. Pls redesign your information.
WHY O WHY DO YOU NEED THAT ANNOYING 'MUSIC' MASKING THE COMMENTARY?
The awful music is irritating, unnecessary and also excludes those with hearing difficulties or impairment. Badly done, people, badly done.
Terrible
