When I try to modify the property details under the Property Details tab, it doesn't allow me to proceed to the next step. Instead, a popup appears requesting that you enter a property area greater than 50 square feet.

Ex: Year of Construction/Usage Started, if a flat is ready by 2020 and it was sold in 2023, should we enter 2023 for "Usage Started" or 2020? Can you please help. Thanks in advance.

Ekhata Application does not seem to pick odd dimensions value for site. My site has odd dimensions, so i selected odd site option as Yes, entered all 4 sides values and even though with some rounding errors, I matched my total dimension area and submitted. However , in the application preview before Esign, it shows the values as 0 for N-S and E-W , ie it takes whatever dimensions values is automatically saved under even dimensions option. Any advice?

2023 = sale agreement registration is key date I think - call 1533 to get clarity in case it is urgent
