L'Immeuble Messager est situé au cœur du projet urbain 'Les Messageries' (Paris 12e) aménagé par Espaces Ferroviaires.
Véritable projet prototypal, le bâtiment se distingue par de grandes qualités environnementales visant les plus hautes labellisations (E+C-, BREEAM et HQE niveau Excellent, BiodiverCity, R2S), mais aussi par une conception offrant confort et flexibilité. Totalement réversible en logements, il répond aux enjeux de la ville évolutive et au futur PLU de la Ville de Paris. Un lieu de vie et de destination qui s’ouvre sur le nouveau quartier et crée l’appel vers le futur parc.

The Messager building is located at the heart of the 'Les Messageries' urban project (Paris 12e) developed by Espaces Ferroviaires.
A true prototypical project, the building stands out for its high environmental qualities, aiming for the highest certifications (E+C-, BREEAM and HQE Excellent level, BiodiverCity, R2S), but also for a design offering comfort and flexibility. Fully reversible into housing, it meets the challenges of the evolving city and the future PLU of the City of Paris. A destination that opens onto the new neighborhood and creates the call towards the future park.
