Notification of New Pension Scheme || Defined Contribution Pension Scheme

The government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration Department (SGAD Punjab) issued a notification on 2nd July 2024. According to the notification, a new pension scheme has been applied in the Punjab with effect from 14th June 2024.
In the Punjab “Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974” has been amended. Few amendments have been introduced to the old pension scheme. The new pension scheme named the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme has been introduced in the Punjab province.

A.o.a, sir g new pension scheme mn likha hoa hy ky rule ya notification ki commencement date of 1 of 2023 ko ya usky Baad employees pr lagoo hoga. Jbky end pr saving aor repeal mn xix of 2023 aor , rule amendment 1 of 2024 ko khatam bhi kya gya, mery regular basis pr order 28.02.2024 jbky joining 09.03.2024 ko hovy. Is new rule notification 14.06.2024 ky mutabik Jo employees amendment rule 2023 (1of 2024) commencement date 08/01/2024 ky Baad appoint ya regular Hoga uspr apply Hoga. Plz btaein kya yeah rule mery pr bhi apply Hoga. Mn bohat preshan hon. Thanks
