For those of us who dont have a shade match 😞 I wonder if I could add a ELF shade adjuster to make a little darker. They are missing some shades between sienna and chestnut
I wear LaMer as my daily foundation (Sephia and Sienna) but I also don’t own a lot of foundations anymore (just LaMer and the new Tom Ford). I love it and it’s a great foundation. Right now in my makeup stash I would rather have one or two foundations I love (although expensive😫) than multiple $30-$50 foundations totaling more than just $120-$150 (a girl gotta justify it-lol) that works for dry and dehydrated skin. I also don’t use a lot of product and I’ve had it over a year. I love the way your makeup looked when it was completed. I hope your channel continues to grow and flourish. I look forward to your reviews.

I went to Nordstrom today and ended up buying this. The makeup lady helped me chose the right shade which ended up being the same shad that you used Sienna. It's now $140. She tried to introduce me to the La Mer hydrating cream and I told her that I had to think about it. So she gave me a sample to take home and try.
That was me too for a whole year, I kept going back and forth, then finally took the plunge, I'm loving it so much I don't feel that bad lol. Thanks for watching.

I tried this foundation and could not get past the smell to save my life! I love the way it looks on your skin- the best finish I have seen on you (I believe)! Wish I could just move past the smell but honestly, it makes me want to throw up and I'm not usually sensitive to smells... dont get why. Anyway - love it on you xx
Oh that's such a shame, for me it's intense at initial application, but fades away after about a half hour, don't know if why they had to put that much fragrance in it. Thank you so much for watching.
Yeah, i was thinking I got a bad batch because the fragrance wasn't even a nice smelling fragrance at all- it was honestly an insult to my nose 😳.. Like, HUDA is known for fragrances but at least hers is a nice smell, you know. You make me want to give it another try though 🤔💕
@@lamide_J Maybe you should cause what you're describing is not even close to what this foundation smells like, get a sample and see if you get the same reaction
Try Sisley Foundation 7 It's Beautiful and smells Amazing! Love it over LaMer and it's only $95:00 lol Please review since I don't see woman of color review Sisley. I realize it's expensive but excellent line!
I was actually looking at that foundation as well but the shade undertones left little to be desired, the darkest shade Mocha has cool rosy undertone, and the other shades were obviously too light for me, for that price I'd need a perfect match or close to it. Wouldn't mind swatching if I'm ever at a Nordstroms.
Great review. I have this found and its beautiful, does all the things you mentioned. I use not quite 1 pump and spot conceal. What nail color do you have on, it's pretty. So hard to find a pretty neutral.

To me Tom Ford shades run a little than what I think they'd be, so I think you can definitely wear Sienna, the Tom Ford may be a hair darker, but not my much. What shade are you in Mac?

I know, I purchased the 15 W thinking it would be a better match from the 14 C. Cause I love that foundation so much, and 14 W was a little to light. I think the LA Mer Sienna would be a good match for you though

You need to be color matched because somethings off. I’m much light than you and we wear the same shades? And you can see how light it is when you apply it.
If you're NC 50 in Mac, Macao in Nars, Too Face Born This Way Chai, yes, we do wear the same shades. I know this foundation was a little light, I stated that in the video. After looking at several reviews , most of the people that wear my shades in foundation, used this shade and that's why I got it, I'd like to think I made it work with the other products I used, because it looked fine throughout the day thanks for watching it
