I never thought I would be anticipating a YT video about a mower in my life. This boat needs to hurry up! Congrats on the awesome video, I can't wait to see more!
Should change that oil after the first 30+ minutes of running the engine to flush the initial metal shavings and grime out of the engine. You’d might be surprised how dirty the oil is that soon. It’ll help increase the lifespan of your engine.
@@TheLawnDad I would love to see videos on how to set the HOC, the cut quality as compared to the Greensmaster, how to backlap, and routine maintenance like oil change, air filter, etc.
I appreciate your video but can I give you some camera work feedback? When doing a how to video like this you really need some additional close up shots to cut to. We cannot see all of these things and places you are referring to from that stationary camera angle.
Great presentation - currently rocking a used 20" McLane but one day will upgrade to the RR R26. Complete aside, your garage is very nice - what colors are the flooring, walls, and door going to the house? I have a very similar (uncoated) concrete garage floor with the control joints and am constantly debating on doing a polish+seal, Swisstrax, or Epoxy/Poly floor. How do you like yours and did you do it yourself or hire someone? I am in northern GA for reference.
1. I'm 6'7", so feel your pain on height 2. I currently have a 21" Honda HRX 217 which folds and fits in the limited space I have in my garage. Any chance you can tell me how much space it takes up (measured) when folded down? I get this is a bit wider, but looks like it'll take up less space lengthwise than my HRX.
Thanks. I booked an appointment with Reel Rollers back in September when they first announced the Revolution 26. The first thing that I noticed when I looked at the Masport was the size and the weight of the mower. My first impression was that it would be more mower than I could handle and given that I had never mowed with a reel mower Lee thought it best that I purchase a used Reel Mower first, My yard is hilly in places so neither a McLane or a Cal Trimmer would work due to the inclines so that left a Trucut as my only option. My concern now is that the parts for a TruCut or now scarce and hard to find. G@@TheLawnDad
Just got mine and am about to set it up. I'm no 6'6" string bean like you, but I'm a couple inches shorter than you -- do you find that the highest handlebar setting is high enough for you?
This was awesome! Great production quality and it's really getting me excited to get my mower! Thanks for taking the time to do this.
Thanks my friend! You’re going to love it.

Haha. Welcome to lawn dad level 100!
Soon! You’re gonna love it.
It’s a beautiful piece of equipment… Green with envy here in North Texas. Enjoyed your presentation. Thanks
Great video! Looking forward to getting mine going here in NC!
Gonna love it!

Can't wait for mine later this month hopefully.
Gonna love it!
I have been waiting for this!! Want to pull the trigger and buy if the reviews are good.
Let me know if you have any vids you’d like to see in particular! Did a full day with it today and loving it more by the minute.

Backlap video posting tomorrow. It’s easy peasy

Yep. Thanks for the feedback!
@@TheLawnDadthis is UA-cam not a Stephen Spielberg production the camera work is just fine bro!
Let's GO!!!!!
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I pre ordered in Nov. you think there’s the ability to add a groomer somehow in the future? Good luck on the channel.
Going to leave that up to the powers that be! I believe engineers are working on it
If reviews are solid im going to be buying for sure
Great mower for sure. Have a few more vids coming showing off some attributes I find useful about it.
Great video! Followed step by step. Thx!!
Can you post links to the black tanks/pull cover?
I think his was special ordered because honda offers a black version 160, looks like his

How grade steel is made from. Which country in manufactured in.
Manufactured in the UK (Masport). Imported to US
I want an 8 or 9-blade version. 😢
Also, if only this thing went down to the dirt so I can scalp with it and do a hoc reset.
On the gauge it goes down to .250. *on the gauge* 😏.
And yes, with the availability to swap out reels, more blade counts will be coming 😊
It has 1 inch less diameter reel so its like having a 7 or 8 blade,
How long did take to assemble altogether?
If I wasn’t videoing, 20 minutes at most.

How difficult is the mower to turn compared to a Tru-Cut or a McLain?
Check out my vlog video of me touring the RR headquarters and mowing at the end. It shows me turning it. It turns on a dime

How does it cut
Seems pretty user assembly friendly.
Definitely is. Super easy. Video probably longer than actual assembly
Does yours seem louder than you expected?

I find it is, yes!
I had to stop the vid and regroup on the “b-hole” comment. 🤣
Did something go wrong? I think the reel is supposed to spin when you throttle up.
The reel is independently controlled unlike other reel mowers in this class. I had it off.
What!? We didn't get to see the blades spinning!
If you’re into blades spinning boy do I have a great video coming for you soon!
😊Lawn Daddy😊
How tall are you? 😂
