    The level or research and preparation you invest in your work A-Star is quite apparent 💯💯 it's the true definition of excellence (this ain't a flatter)... I'm a fun of interviews although I don't have much exposure but I can tell you are an outlier 😎. (Btw start training Kenyan journalist on this area)

      I agree! Richard you need to give an interview Master class. You are really good at interviewing. You are also a good listener. A skill which most interviewers lack.

    I've reached the 3rd video expecting a very serious question would be asked. Did he ever know the true leadership in the coup? Ochuka was a junior fellow to have such an elaborate plan.

    Are sent abroad to other countries to do this usually a pilot must has an assistant of better rank to monitor him hardly do u find a plane driven by one pilot.this is incase he falls ill

    Pilotes dot drink alcogol n are checked regularly for medical issues,theres a schedule for long haul flights n change pilots and keep updating there miles regularly to check compitence n change new designs as u keep raising upgrading ur rank.

    Kenya doesnt have F18,but F5,thats what Capt Kariuki were piloting.I dond think Kenya will have F18 in our lifetime.Its expensive

    Yes your alowed to folow ur career as a kenyan but you cant overspeed in the airspace,there other planes using the same route n can course a collusion.
