I was literally so scared when I was cleared to take my first shower that my nipples would fall off. I’m all good though.

Beyond just the look, I’m concerned about long term discomfort/numbness/tingling/etc from the nipple graft. Is this just to be expected?

@@lionhearted_ben that’s great timing, thank you for making this content. Same day as my pre-op appointment! I’m seriously considering doing no nipple grafts and getting tattoos later if it means sparing some amount of pain/discomfort.
Literally when I changed bandages the first time a piece of nipple graft got stuck to it and partially injured 🥲
Can you show graphic examples of the nipple graph phases post op?
I personally don't own any rights to any images of that sort, but you can definitely look it up on the internet. There's a lot of really great resources!
