Many people don't realize that this game is based off Operation Anaconda in 2002. MoH Warfighter took elements from real life operations. I'd rather go back to this than all the current trash there is now.

Yep, the AFO teams were a real concept in Operation Anaconda. They were a small conglomerate of reconnaissance guys from all across the JSOC SMUs, who were highly senior and experienced even already being Tier 1. AFO Wolfpack with Dusty and Deuce was based on the 2 man AFO Juliet team with legendary Delta Force operators Bob Horrigan and Kris Kossem. The AFO Neptune team lead by Mother was based on a combination of Mako 30 and 31 teams, lead by DevGru team leaders Brit Slabaninski and a legendary DevGru Sniper named Mike “Goody” Goodboe.. He was killed in Africa while doing contract work for the Central Intelligence Agency.
We faking miss this franchise, wish they make new medal of honor and remaster this one

Very underrated game. Especially after reading about Operation Anaconda and John Chapman...
Love the references and tributes in this game to the battle of Takur Ghar. Very surprising that this story had yet to be told in a videogame. Only thing I wish is that they would do it again now with more refined and possibly tactical gameplay. I feel like a game based on real DEVGRU missions with a realism element to the gameplay experience would hit now a days.

MOH 1&2 were great games. Story mode was hard to beat.

EA make some of the best first person shooter games...crysis, syndicate, army of two devil cartel.. battlefield,deadspace.... And they had good graphics too..

Seriously, how many AQ do they have up there? They were popping up from every rock on that whole damn mountain.
the only thing about these kinda games i wish was changed is, instead of being "shot" you should first get surpressed . like you should get a white icon in direction of fire and blur vision or ringing ears etc for first few shots, if dont take cover, then orange if its hitting armor, red finally get damage and red should kill quick or need healing
. coz, plate or not its kinda silly to get shot six times in a fem minutes and be fine then a few mins later get another 8 etc
You know what's "funny" about this. In 2011-2012 in Afghanistan my unit experienced all kinds of crap like this where some big wig politician or general higher up the chain thought they knew better than the commander on the ground. Got a lot of my friends hurt and killed by making us fight hog tied.
Love this game. But I've always wondered. What's with the Rangers' uniforms? Seems really "un-authentic"

guys, i am am stuck at the "friends from afar" sniping mission after the objective "aid neptune's movement" and the enemies just froze at there and the whole mission's jammed. I have restarted the mission..... still nothing. how to fix this?
restart the mission its bug

Drucker is the only black dude that I see worthy of the alpha male status. At least he's close with Panther. He showed that dumb general how to really reassess.
