Fl Coast 2 Coast Island Blazers Day 1

Our first day of pedaling on the Florida coast 2 coast bike trail. We traveled to St. Peterburg and started our adventure heading for the Atlantic Ocean some 250 plus miles away with all our camping gear. We film a lot of the sights along the way.

Plan on doing this trip sometime next year. Love the murals. Hardest part of the trail? Used to hilly Northeast. Looks really flat? Did part of the Erie canal trail last summer. Looking forward to this trail.

In terms of geographically, Clermont had the most elevation change with the hills but overall wasn’t too bad. Downhill riding was a blast!
