There's no need to search for with which prophet you are matching with...we are the ummah of Prophet Muhammad. So the goal of this ummah is to be like Prophet MUHAMMAD(saw) and follow his sunnah....as Prophet Muhammad(saw) already said you cant love and be closer to Allah until you love me more than anything and everything in this world!
Actually, God gave us the stories of the prophets for a reason. It's so we can relate to their struggles and hardships and learn from their solutions! Which is one solution, and that is to worship Allah and live according to his book. It's dumb to ignore the stories of the rest of the prophets. We can learn from all of them! That's why Allah chose to share those stories with us.
