I just wanna ask one more thing that if the advance i.e (in our local language we call it pagrii) is refundable in Tehran then why is it said that if you give more money or amount in advance,the rent will be less and if you give less money in advance, the rent will be higher.
Why is it so?
Do they deduct the rent from the advance also?
And in some cases, I have seen that only they demand a large amount in deposit or advance and there is no monthly rent.
What is it then?

Jis tarha pakistan mai koi owner 6 month rent advance leta hai or koi 3 months blkl aesy wahan hai.
Ghr khali karny k baad jitny bhi paisy deposit karwaye hain wo apko wapis mil jaty hain.
Rent ka base line houta hai har area k hisab sy legally.
Us base line k hisab sy he deposit or rent up and down houta hai.

For a business visa from Pakistan, embassy usually demands your existing business status in Pakistan,NTN, company bank account statement etc etc.
If a person not doing any business in Pakistan,how can he get a business visa?
Have you ever heard of business assessment or business research opportunities? You do not have to be a businessman to obtain a business visa. Sponsor letter fax to Iran embassy from a business entity in Iran is enough to get you started.
Nevertheless, your comment made a great addition to this video. The case type defines the documents. Of course, someone requires a 1 year visa and will need to provide more documents than someone requires a 30 day visit to meet Iranian businessman there.
Business vosa is a very general visa and subjective, as per case.
