    Ya had me at creating a profile. Most don't even know the microfractures are 100% needed. No epoxy in the expansion joints. 100% correct. Great video. Only complaint....You should have touched base on the cleaning process.

    I'm a little torn. In terms of prep and execution you guys did a great job. But the perceived mil thickness of this seems pretty lean, and with all those windows no poly topcoat to prevent yellowing seems pretty questionable.

      Ernesto Caamano those are just spiked shoes like cleats they have spikes so you won’t ruin the epoxy, you can get them on amazon for like 20 bucks

    Hi, me and my mom are trying to correct a guy who did ours without a seal (epoxy) and with no a lot of flakes. Any advice on how to start, there is already Keheils and little flakes but they keep rising... any dupes as well for epoxy from Home Depot or such?

      We have 3 different top coat options. Glaze coat is our super high gloss top coat that lays out glass smooth just like the metallic epoxy coat. Our WB Urethane comes in high gloss and leaves a minor texture and we also have a WB Urethane that’s a Matte/Satin finish. Our urethane top coat are UV stable.

    The price of the Leggari products really floored me. A two car garage at 500 sq ft was going to cost me close to $3000. The estimates I got for contractors to do the whole thing were between $3300 and $3700. I wonder what products the contractors were using. I suppose if the contractor was going to use the Leggari products the estimates would have been more like $5000 ??

    Good to see coating install using proper prep. Unless you have extremely soft concrete, drop the wb epoxy since it's a weaker pull test vs 100% solids. Invest the money into a polyaspartic top coat since that epoxy will yellow.

      Because our primer will have a hard time adhering to it. Once you grind the concrete and open the pores than our primer will adhere to it.

      You can apply it on top of the stairs but the vertical surfaces are a little harder to apply because the epoxy will just run. But you can do it.

    How many lbs of paint chip per 100 square foot to get a floor like that? Also how many top coats did you put on? FYI you keep telling people to go to your website for the kits, however you do not have this type kit of the site at all.

      You wear cleats so you don't leave shoe prints. The epoxy is typically self leveling, meaning it'll fill in the spots from the spikes.

    I put on 'rock solid floors' Polycuramine which is 20 times stronger than epoxy, five years later my shop garage floors look as new. My buddy put in the epoxy and one year later tire marks and some flaking discolouring. Its not fun either way but do the research. Epoxy is an easy one man show. I did rock solid by myself, I needed help more than once, mixing and laying it down. Just FYI.
