Lyrically one of the most underrated bands ever.
As a survivor of childhood abuse, this got me right in the gut. Oh man! Thank you guys for always helping me work through things in such a beautiful way.
Discovered this song about 3 weeks ago and it is my favorite song currently and I don’t know how more people don’t know this song and BD as a whole.
They preformed this three days ago at their concert in Nashville, TN. It was spectacular to hear live! Such a great song.

This might sound offensive, but I heard "beyond the clouds" and was like "oooooh".
I Started exploring the music and as an acoustic guitar player, I love my folk and country. So imagine my surprise at "Emeralds", "fortress", "broken parable" etc. That album blew my mind and I love exploring all the albums as they have a similar feel although they are completely different. The song that made me pay attention now gets skipped for the other tracks (sorry, not trying to be offensive 🤣)
I have a 5 year old girl and she dances in an almost trance like state when I play "red earth and pouring rain" on the guitar.
