    Mr. Drury, are you really amazed when it happens with your intelligence and the effort you put in this, where you live. Where you hunt.
    If you weren't shooting the bucks you shoot, I would be amazed other than that I would think by now you expect that to happen. Think about it you bring these Currently popular musicians in who looked like they know about as much hunting as my 94 year old grandma, and their successful, on big deer
    I guess my ignorance could be all the time hunts happen and it doesn't happen that we don't see on video. It's snowing, I'm bored just comment on videos.No ill will intended god bless.

    I always have to divide by approximately 2 to watch these videos. I have a blacktail buck most whitetail hunters would call a "13" point, which would get you some strange looks out here, as locals would call it a 5 point. Also, I pine for the idea of getting a pattern on an October blacktail buck. In the Oregon cascades, if you see a nice blacktail you want to shoot, better make up your mind up quick, because you'll probably never see it again.

    8:39 The rifle was resting on its barrel. That's probably why the shot went right.

      Notice the exact same thing right away. Resting on the barrel will cause a shift for sure!

      Thinking the same. There's been a few times now where I see Mark resting the barrel on the edge of the window. Need to get the stock resting there or use a tripod in the shack. You're just asking for a bad shot when you rest on the barrel and don't let it float.

    This is farming deer, not hunting deer.

      It’s their life, yes they farm the shit out of their deer they bust their asses to produce for the last 40yrs

    • @scottswineford5527

      It’s their properties. Mark and Terry have busted their ass to make there name what it is today.
      How many 200in bucks have you taken let me guess 0.0!
      Oh by the way deer farmers have fences and penned areas. You might want to check Mr Steve Porter’s stuff about farm raised deer.
      Drury’s have been 100% fair chase since the beginning

    Your trophy hunting not deer hunting. That's your hunt not everybody's hunt.

  • @Sean-i4r

    Not real hunting in my opinion. Hunt public land ,and track a buck,that's real hunting

    • @jomama969
      @jomama969 День тому

      If it’s so easy then why don’t you buy and build a farm yourself

    • @Sean-i4r
      @Sean-i4r 23 години тому

      @jomama969 I live on my family farm smart azz,and don't bate deer,and don't hunt posted land,and we also let anyone who asks,to hunt our land.Why,because we ain't selfish azzholez, flexing on how to grow big horns and bodied deer,we hunt wild,non fed,non posted land.If they eat our crops we grow anyways,good for us,but nothing i,we,do,is cheating,like this.

    • @travislohneis224
      @travislohneis224 23 години тому

      Just because you hunt on your own land doesn’t mean it’s not “real” hunting ….and if you have to track it for a long distance you probably didn’t hit in the right area ….must be mad cause you don’t have anywhere to hunt

    • @Sean-i4r
      @Sean-i4r 22 години тому

      @travislohneis224 you track a deer to shoot it,not after you shoot you only,you have to go in the woods,find a big buck,not doe track,then age the track,decide if you want to catch it,or try to catch up to it,and you learn if he is looking for doe,if he is tired and catch him in his bed,eyc,learn about it,i5s not easy,and if you get a buck tracking a dear in snow,you have done something, but this,sitting on your azz in a blind,out of the weather,playing on your phone until the big boy does what he does all the time,pot out to eat,and then shoot it,it's pathetic to me,as in lazy man's way,that's all.Its more of a challenge tracking, and way way more educational
