Favorite track on Beatles for Sale is easily I'll Follow the Sun. I'm not the biggest fan of the album in general, but that track is always a standout.
Mr. Moonlight is my favorite track from Beatles for Sale! The vocals are so underrated in my opinion, John’s raspiness really shines in that song! Not to mention the beautiful harmonies!
I love I'll Follow the Sun, admire the harmonies in the middle eight of I Don't Want to Spoil the Party - they often stick to my head after listening , gorgious Paul vocals on Kansas City/Hey Hey Hey, Every Litlle Thing and No Reply are Such a great tracks! But to me Eight Days a Week is still the best on this album and one of my favorite songs from their early period. Greetings to all!
Favorite track off Beatles for Sale is Rock and Roll Music. It just perfectly captures the sound of the early 60’s. I know its a cover but it rocks and its absolutely timeless. This album is actually Underrated. Its not looked at well by fans and critics but it feels like Beatlemania just like With the Beatles
Beatles for Sale is my fave Beatles album. I Don’t Want To Spoil The Party would be my favorite. Fun fact, check out the unique original cassette tracklist for this. I’ve made a playlist mirroring it and gotta say, it’s a nice refreshing listen to this album and I feel Every Little Thing works phenomenally as the album closer in this regard.
What you're doing is the best, i Never understood why beatles for sale was so rushed if they had november to record it too, and at the same time a hard Day's Night was so ridiculously delayed
Hey Eric! I am of the opinion that trying to fit 10 years of Beatles history into a 2 hour movie is impossible. I think they would be better off with a 4 piece film series released on a streaming platform that focuses on different time frames of the band. Something along these lines. Film 1: 1940-1957 Film 2: 1957-1963 Film 3: 1964-1966 Film 4: 1967-1970
Not too bothered about the Sam Mendez Beatles films, or for that matter yet another film about the ‘64 American tour. Eight Days A Week covered it all. Beatles For Sale is on the other hand one of my favourite Beatles’ albums - the Lennon/McCartney tracks are superb, and showed real development. As for Mr Moonlight………….it’s still utterly awful!
Love this Beatles news roundup. Favorite track from Beatles for Sale is probably No Reply or I'm A Loser.
Especially the harmonica on I’m a loser 👍
No Reply is magical with John and Paul’s vocals. I also love Every Little Thing and I Don’t Want to Spoil the Party.
Loving' these Beatles roundups. Thanks for doing these.😁😁
I love "Rock & Roll Music". John did a fantastic vocal.

Mine too! And Paul wrote it when he was only about 16!
Okay, I'm already sold on this new George Harrison book because it's named after my favorite song of all time!
Mine too.

How are they underated? I don't understand the underated word commenters throw around on UA-cam all the time.

Cool
I don't want to spoil the party
Beatles for sale may be my most played album throughout each and every year. It's just so listenable and laid back.
What you're doing is the best, i Never understood why beatles for sale was so rushed if they had november to record it too, and at the same time a hard Day's Night was so ridiculously delayed
"I'm A Loser". John Lennon with the shocking honesty that would later become the hallmark of his solo career.
My favorite banger from Beatles For Sale is "I Don't Want To Spoil The Party". 🙌🏽 Then probably Mr. Moonlight.
"No Reply" is my favourite song from Beatles for Sale (or Beatles '65 for North Americans).
It’s NOT the Mind Games ALBUM that was given meditation mixes. It’s just the Mind Games song. The whole meditation album is remixes of that one song.
I’ll Follow the Sun is my favorite song on Beatles For Sale
Been cranking Beatles For Sale for days now lol
... and with all them boots on the wall behind! LOL
My favourite would have to be no reply
I wish they'd write the Keith Moon rockumentory
