Fremde Federn, eine Spezialität von Mercedes! Der 319 wurde bei Hanomag entwickelt, die Luftfederung kam vom Borgward , das klappdach des SLK hatte Peugeot schon. Dennoch ist der 319 ein wunderschönes Fahrzeug.
