I can't even remember how that challenging thing works. Edit: Finally think I figured it out towards the end.. You challenge it if you think the person that threw down the +4 has a card in his hand that is the same color as the card that was previously played.. If he does, then he has to draw 4. But if he doesn't, then you have to draw 6. Hard to explain it coherently and simply.
When I play and jump in I can still call uno or if I pick up a card to play I can still call uno. If you know what the uno button is, just spam it and it will work. Or if you draw a card don't play the card until you hit the uno button. Like when it says play or keep, hit uno then play. For the jump in just press the jump in button and then immediately the uno one. It works for me.
You couldn't jump in on the skip Toonz cause it was played by the person who played before you. You can only jump in on the person who comes after you and across from you.
