I love comeback time, Twitter is full of memes, panic and theories about the concept and connecting the videos with past content 😂😊 i saw one saying is call 5 Star because they have 5 years of career and the last time they have a jun comeback was for god menu🧑🍳
I mean skz dropped the Maxident trailer on sept 5th and the album dropped on Oct 7th and for ODDINARY the trailer dropped on Feb 13th and the album dropped on the 18th of March so they always drop the trailer at least a month in advance. There’s also a high chance this is a full album which means more songs to unveil, more m/v's to drop, more concept photos etc etc so I think dropping the trailer this early makes sense.
You're so right about their styling, I do think they do cohesive but individual styles really well! No silly hat on Han here though...yet 😂I did see some fun theories about it floating around on Twitter because there appear to be some callbacks to previous trailers/MVs. IDK what to expect, but since it's five star maybe something celebratory/braggadocious again like God's Menu? Either way I'm excited!
It’s always about 6-weeks to a month before .. there’s usually a full set of promotions before … so the main announcement trailer then (not necessarily in this order) teaser images …solo unit…group …track listing …unveil tracks the title track teasers (usually more than one) And everything drops at midnight so stays wait pretty much every KT midnight for a month for content . After this first trailer there probably won’t be anything for another week or so❤
I think HANs thing is accessories. Hats, glasses, jewelry etc. I love how IN's style has evolved, especially throughout Oddinary - The Sound eras. In a very small way, it's a bit like we got to watch him finish growing up and just evolve into his own person with their own tastes, especially being surrounded by so many hyungs. I'm so excited for this comeback!!!
I love how I.N. Was always the Baby Bread etc, but his style was always way more sophisticated! Han to me is more eclectic than the others. He is either VERY casual or VERY Mod (Think 60’s old school hot men’s fashion). Stylists tend to dress him (in my opinion) to the sporty side, which suits his gym body but he is self-admittedly NOT a sporty guy. I think his quote was “I’d rather just go write music!” When they were playing a game once. 😂
yes it's normal for them to release the trailer this advance because usually they also release the unviels trailers once a week until the album release, sometime even 2 or 3 unviel depending on if it has units songs as well
I think i stumbled across Skz during the Maxident comeback, but i was new to kpop in general, so i was lost lost lost lol. Now I can say I'm a true Stay, but yeah I'm still a little lost! So excited for this comeback though!! The boys are incredible, I can't wait to see what they've got in store for us!! 😊😊
Ah I was anticipating your reaction! To answer your question, they always release the trailer a month before the actual comeback. This time was a few days+ but always at least a month! And I think since it’s a full album this time that might be why it’s a few days more than a month. I can’t wait!

Not sure if they're going to follow the trend by releasing a pre-release single like most artists are doing now but I doubt it. Can't wait for 5Star!
