- We've just about wrapped up this 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon EcoDiesel on Fusion Elite Kingpin 60 Front and Elite 80 40-Spline Full Float Rear Axles. Riding on KMC Grenade Beadlock Wheels (custom painted) and Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT 40" Tires. The steering is handled nicely with PSC's new electric hydromatic high-pressure steering pump to push these 40" tires.
This Gladiator also has a bobbed bed and integrated rear Warn winch for amazing departure angles. Full Teraflex/Falcon suspension, including the rear long travel setup. We also utilized the JKS ACOS front bumpstop system to dial in the height exactly where we wanted it.
If you can dream it, the team at EPIC can build it.

That is the absolute cleanest Gladiator I’ve ever seen. That is exactly how I’d build one with an unlimited budget.
Yeah, it's a beast of a Jeep. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Love the Tim Hortons reference. As always great shit from a not so basic shop.
We're trying up here ;-) Cheers from the team at EPIC!
That rig is tough. I really like the bobbed bed and rear winch. With the diesel it will be good the gas would be a sloth.
Still pulls ok with the diesel. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
I just sent Dan from Fusion my payment for 60/80s to go under my diesel JT with a top secret suspension, fuel cell and 42s
Ya’ll should come to Truck Hero for the unveiling and come on some runs!
I went 73.5 wide 4.88 Eaton up front/auburn rear.
Looking forward to what you do for tire coverage. My Metalcloaks for the LJ needed a little more. Long John flaps just worked. But it’s not the prettiest!
Between Landen at EPIC and Ben at M17 next door, they'll figure out something that will look and function. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Love it. I would do the bobbed bed also.
Yeah, the Bobbed bed is super cool. We highly suggest it.
8" of stroke....had me 🤣
Are you even trying if it's not 8"? Cheers from the team at EPIC!
A fricking beast amazing work
Love my Fusion Axles
Enjoyed that one. Bad ass gladie!
Thanks for watching! Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Thats a nice looking set of axles
Yes, yes they are.
More ,less or the same as Dana 60/80 combo ?
Casey please come to Truck Hero! Be so awesome to wheel with the Canadian crew finally!
My gladiator is gonna be unveiled there. Axles just like these plus a bunch of other never been done before stuff.
Speaking of Tin hortons coffee. I just got back from Phuket Thailand, and even they have one there lol haha.
Tim Hortons in Thailand? Cool beans. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Yeah crazy for sure being we don't even have one here in WA lol haha@@EPIC-4WD
what an incredible machine! lol that's the strongest part of the truck now! hahaha
Love it!! I noticed you guys do more coil lifts than coilovers, is there a reason?
Honestly most of our clients are more into overloading than rock crawling so that's a main reason, the second is they don't love Canada's weather.
How did you avoid hitting the pitman arm with the tie rod while flexing?
What would you guess
what gear ratio did he choose for the fusion axles for 40's?
I am waiting on my axles for the 392. fusion4x4 recommended 4.88's for V8 and 40's.
With an EcoDiesel, this client went with 4.88 gearing. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Dan is so freakin awesome!
Just curious what does he have into final build
What did he spend
Didn't ask, that would be rude of me.
Do you guys happen to know the weight of the Dana 80?
It's heavy. That's all we know. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
why not just go 42s
Exactly.
Well in Australia if I drove that on the road it would probably get impounded and crushed
I want to know more about what tou have planned for the MC fenders. I'm getting ready to mount my 40s and go to MC fenders and inners. I live in good Ole West By God Virginia, no, that's not part of Virginia. LoL. We are our own state. And many hours away from you.
Our designer Landen will figure out a design and we'll have the solution made next door with our buddy Ben at M17. Stay tuned. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Canada is beautiful & I do want to visit someday, but dayum....oh Justin & his cronies has too many stipulations. The fenders & all that crap. Might as well be the country of California.
