Super glad to see you back, I've always found your videos relaxing and informative and I'm happy to see a new one. One thing I'd love to see tested is how the benchmark score(s) stack up with other phones in it's price range :). Have a good thanksgiving.
Hi, thank you for the video! I noted the screen protector in the box is glass, but is the screen protector that is pre-applied on the screen also made from glass or plastic? I'm still not decided between this Cubot P80 or the Blackview Shark 8 which has a 64 mp main camera, stereo speakers, 120 Hz refresh rate, and they're both the same price.
Not sure how long I’ve had this phone for, more than a year I’m sure. It’s a bargain. I’ll try to add just a couple of details that aren’t that obvious in main reviews. First thing is the screen itself seems really good durability wise. I have no screen protector on mine, yet despite just chucking it in my backpack everyday often in the same pocket as keys, coins, pens etc it doesn’t have a single scratch or imperfection. I’m so impressed by that. I mainly use it just for UA-cam internet etc. but it can play Minecraft well. Genshin impact I believe will need to be on lower settings to get like 40 to 50 fps etc. Titan quest for example needs to be set on really low to get decent fps. Not for a gamer this phone, but it can handle intensive games at low settings. Really only have one problem, the touch to wake feature can NOT be turned off. Put this phone in your bag, pocket, and it gets moved too much… it will to turn on to your Lock Screen or whatever. Another small thing, I experience almost no app crashes regarding normal stuff like chrome, UA-cam etc. past few phones it happened somewhat regularly. Almost never with the P80

Thank you for the video. The 512 GB storage is humungous for this price range. Fantastic value.
