I dunno. I've seen Nickelback a few times. Seems like the setlist is getting shorter and ticket prices have quadrupled? We saw Bryan Adams this year. He does about a 28 song set, very little talking and reasonable tickets. Oh, and he's got a few years on these boys.

They're great live. But: 1:40 is a pretty, pretty short concert. Even if you do all the hits, going under 2 hours is not okay for a band this big and with ticket prices that high. Look around - so many acts that do 2,5 - 3 hour shows. 1:40 is not enough, sorry.

Haha nice I was there too. I think my dad got the whole thing also. We were in block 108/109 for champagne exp VIP as the regular tickets had already sold out when I was looking early april ish maybe. The lottery winners support were so good too. I feel a bit spoiled by seeing The 1975 on the sunday gig standing and Bring Me The Horizon from 114 row A so this was good but those shows were a bit better

I was at the same arena a few weeks later for 30 Seconds To Mars and it didn't sell so well so people got upgraded seats and they closed off the upper tiers also for people who bought those so they got closer and I got basically the row in front of my VIP nickelback ones lol... I would even say 30STM was a better concert and a lot cheaper

I’m not sure if I’d even go out to the field for a free concert rodeo weekend to watch this stuff. Not much spark left in this old band. It’s similar to a one trick pony in the circus. Same ole thing
Actually sad to see people standing there motionless and gormless with their bloody phones out not enjoying the moment in time for what it is. Imagine how demotivating that is for the band to see that. Especially on the first song 🤦♂️
Whose to say that they're not enjoying themselves just because they're not showing it? People record these things to make memories that last forever, and they can enjoy time and time again. Unfortunately, with technology the way it is these days, that's what crowds are going to be like. Music artists, especially ones that have been around for many years, have more than likely witnessed this change for themselves and probably understand that it's just the way things are now. Personally, I think if I was on stage and not a single person had their phone out to record me, I would be more offended haha xxx
