Hi, author here. When I saw that amazing thumbnail art, I was taken aback by how gorgeous and fitting it was. I love that image so much, and hearing the story I wrote years ago spoken back to me by your voice honestly brought me to tears in my seat knowing there are people it resonated with enough to want to do something like this for it, even with the content. I'm humbled and so grateful to you for deciding to spend your time reading this. With that in mind, and now having listened to the whole thing, I wanted to ask if there was anything I could do to help the reading? I understand you're still relatively early in the story (or were at this point, anyway - as the video was uploaded 4 months ago!) but wanted to know if there was anything I could do to make it more legible and easier to know where I at least would put my trigger warnings? I'm not sure if you're reading the AO3 or the FFN edition, but I know I need to line space the AO3 version properly, and some additional content warnings on specific chapters certainly wouldn't go amiss now. As far as chapters that can be skipped entirely, I think chapter 10 can absolutely be skipped in its entirety without anything being lost that can't be summarized in a single sentence. The others I would have to go back through to check, but that one off the top of my head is the one that comes to mind. Let me know if there's anything at all I can do to make this any better or easier for you. If anyone has any questions, please, fire away. I love interacting with anyone who reads my stories and this feels like such an incredible blessing. Thank you again for this, I owe you so much.
I will definitely skip chapter 10 after I read it (think I'm on ch 8) and honestly you have nothing you need to do to make it easier!! I was introduced to this story by my cousin (who's sister did the art) and just read it to them on a whim so it's their fault I started this lol I absolutely love your story so far and I love to experience it also with the listeners/readers so truly you don't need to do anything as your work is perfect (no pun intended) as is!! I don't think I could ever express how grateful I am for you writing and allowing me to publish this. I know I'm probably going to make a few mistakes so please please please let me know if I do something wrong. I haven't played the game or am even interested in pokemon but that's why I love this story cause I can just read and get it without having to know! If you have any tips on how I can improve don't hesitate to let me know!! I really hope this all makes sense cause I'm writing this through tears lol
@@Munchin_on_MochiCo I don't have any tips on how to improve the performance, as I love all the voices (especially Faba's, having heard episode 2 now - his voice is wonderfully hateable) but in terms of formatting you mention that there's a lot of triggering and difficult content at the end of this episode but don't go through what it is, which I think could be a potential issue unless you plan to do warnings chapter-by-chapter, which makes sense. This story is relatively light on the Pokemon lore and just focuses on character stuff, but in the last third there are some elements of the games that come up slightly more, so let me know if anything throws you off. I hope that by the end this story makes you at least curious in playing the games as my favorite Pokemon games are Sun and Moon (NOT ultrasun and ultramoon!) Also, make sure your cousin and their sister know I ADORE the art so much, like... I just freak out looking at it, it's beautiful. Thank you again and I eagerly look forward to more!
@@BITTERSTEEL0 Yes I'm planning on doing chapter by chapter since It'll be easier and I'm so glad you like the voices. Learning as I go xD I'll definitely give the game a go though! I played Arceus and really enjoyed it (even though i haven't finished lol) and yes I did tell my cousins who are over the moon about your support :3 Now that this has happened you've pressured me to record more which is good cause I'm an awful procrastinator lmao
@@Munchin_on_MochiCo I listened to chapter 2 again (because I'm already struggling to contain myself waiting for more) and wanted to give some feedback: At times it can be a bit hard to make out what's being said in the Faba voice (but still, I love the voice itself!) Aether is pronounced as aye-thur, I think you were saying it as ath-ur? Besides that though its all fantastic and I also love your additional comments at the end, as you're going through this blind I can't WAIT for your reactions when the stuff gets REAL bad!
@@BITTERSTEEL0I just recorded chapter 3 so will be posting that soon and thank you for letting me know!!! I'll try my best to fix Faba / the pronunciation in the future tried to look some up but I'm just bad at that in general xD
I knew this was poke type stuff😊😊😊
OH SHITTTTT ITS HEREEEEEEEEEEE
