I live in greater noida. I agree with many points you have made like infrastructure is nice and was built from start. Authority or UP govt needs to do more to bring high paying jobs here then only this city will prosper. Financers have bought plots here long time back and seating on fat profit and they are not interested in building homes but just holding the land bank. No transaction is possible in pure white, black component is involved. Law & Order situation has improved after BJP govt came to power, electricity has improved a lot and water too. Main thing which I see missing is good industries and economic activity which will make the economy of city run. Right now, it is either suitable for retired people or someone who doesnt need to travel to delhi or gurgaon on daily basis.
