    Thank you very much, because of your eye opening vedios, we learn a lot and can stay away from the panic created by other brokers and builders, they are selling as if We dont buy today we wont be able to buy after 1-2yr. There is a lot of panic in market due to multiple small projects.
    But honest people like you are doing a great favour to middle class who has to take a very hefty loan to get a home and still feel cheated.

    I live in greater noida. I agree with many points you have made like infrastructure is nice and was built from start. Authority or UP govt needs to do more to bring high paying jobs here then only this city will prosper. Financers have bought plots here long time back and seating on fat profit and they are not interested in building homes but just holding the land bank. No transaction is possible in pure white, black component is involved. Law & Order situation has improved after BJP govt came to power, electricity has improved a lot and water too. Main thing which I see missing is good industries and economic activity which will make the economy of city run. Right now, it is either suitable for retired people or someone who doesnt need to travel to delhi or gurgaon on daily basis.

    दो साल पहले जो प्लाट सत्तर लाख के थे आज तीन करोड़ के है पता नहीं क्यू ऐसा क्या है ग्रेटर नॉएडा मे 😮मै खुद नहीं समझ पा रहा क्यू रोज रेट बढ़ रहे है लोग कहा से और क्यू इतनी महंगी प्रॉपर्टी खरीद रहे है ऐसा कुछ है तो नहीं

    Bhai, Rate har haal me Jayaj hai. Or 10 saal pahle jaisa kuch bhi nai hai. 2013 Last occupancy on Noida - Gr Noida was Sector 127 - Pari Chock. Now it's all occupied. You are just putting up your frustration in the video, nothing else.

    गुरुग्राम में एक फ्लैट 100 करोड़ में बिका क्योंकि आस पास अरावली की पहाड़ी और हरियाली है। तो ग्रेटर नोएडा में कोन सा ज्यादा रेट है? फरीदाबाद में कुछ भी नहीं है लेकिन फिर भी 1.25 लाख रुपए गज का रेट है।बड़ी अजीब बात है कि जिस शहर का इतना शानदार इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर हो,200 से ज्यादा एजुकेशन इंस्टीट्यूट हो,अस्पताल हो वहां 1 लाख का रेट होना हजम ही नहीं हो रहा।दिसंबर 2024 तक 1.75 से 2 के बीच का रेट होगा ग्रेटर नोएडा में

    By Mid 2025 , land Rate will touch 2lakh per SQm in authority plots near pari chowk and possibly 1-1.2lakhs per sqm in yamuna plots

    M 2012 m rha tha gr.noida, aj bhi sb phle jaisa hi h...kuch nya nhi bna...Khali pde mall...Khali roads, pg m rhte students bs.....koi nya development nhi h metro k alawa

      Bhai main bhi 2011 se reh rha hun G. noida me. Tab se ab me kam se kam 150% increase hua hai yahan ki population me. Pari chowk pe ab 20-20 mins ka traffic jam lagta hai jahan pehle 2018 tak ka koi jam nhi rehta tha. Aur malls me bhi bheed ho rhi hai jo pehle ekdam khali pade rehte the.

    Delhi me sadi galiyo me 250000 rs gaj ka rate hai Jha log rhna bhi pasand nahi karta .. grater Noida to pre plans Citi hai yha par 2 lac ka rate bhi kam hai ... buddhi jive sir

And he informed about the freehold plots and saved me from buying a wrong property. he is a true saver you are frustrated not he nobody is buying properties at such high prices those who have wide or are also regretting their decision. Jewar mein jinhone liya wo pashta rahe hai. Koi property nhi bik rhi, bus rate badha ker befakuf banane ka jaal bichaya ja raha hai
