❤❤❤ this tumbler. Just came across my feed. Wow. Absolutely beautiful. 🥰
Awww thank you so much!
This is a beautiful tumbler. I love the Santa.
Thank you so much Tammy, ♥️
I love your videos.
Absolutely beauitful!
Update!!! It worked!! A thin layer of epoxy over the vinyl, then add the waterslide. Once that's dry, add another thin layer of epoxy to keep the waterslide in place. Then finish as needed. So excited!! Love your tutorials!! Please keep them coming!! 💘
What a great idea using white vinyl behind a water slide, I will be doing that from now on.
Gorgeous
Beautiful!
Thank you so very much
Beautiful 🌹

This is a beautiful cup...thank you for taking the time to make the video.
Yes of course, thank you so much for watching.
This is gorgeous!
Love it, so cute!
I always learn something from your tutorials! Never thought of the white behind clear water slides!
Thats awesome, thank you so much for watching.
Thank you so much!
I am not a big fan of white waterslide myself..
Which is exactly why I wanted to share this little trick with everyone. Thank you so much.
If you lightly spray the back of your waterslide with white spray paint you don't need to have the white vinyl behind. I found it a game changer!
Oh yes, Ive heard of this and IM dying to try it. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays
Absolutely stunning as always!!!!
Thank you so much, ❤
Wonderful Tutorial, it answered my questions on the process with the Cricut since I'm new to it and tumbler making
Thats great news, Thank you so much for watching. Im so happy it was helpful.
This is so cute!! Love it 💕 Thank you!
Thank you so much!
This is my first Tack-it. I have the red on. Is there a reason why you can’t apply the silver seal the cup with spray sealer, then add epoxy sand if needed add decal and final epoxy unless another one is needed.
Love!
Thank you for another beautiful tutorial... it seems like forever since your last tutorial. I've missed you 😊
lol, yeah its been a minute and Im sorry for that. Thank you so much for watching and sticking with me..
@@RebeccaEscott Always I love your tutorials.... I'm not going anywhere xx
@@debbartholomew8764 Omg, I love you! Thank you so much for your support!!!! I can’t ever explain what it means to me!! ❤️❤️❤️
Love your tutorials, thank you so much for them. I also use the white vinyl under water slides, but I've seen where some are painting the back of the water slide with white paint-I want to try this but still haven't yet. By the way, this cup turned out great!
Thank you so much, Im actually planning on trying this method and if I like and it works I will be doing a tutorial on that as well.
Wow fantastic 😊❤️
Thank you so much.
@@RebeccaEscott you are very welcome ☺️
Love this so much!
Do u have to seal the vinyl before applying the water slide
No the vinyl doesn’t need to be sealed only the waterslide.
wait. so im new to all this, ive never heard of a water slid or w.e. what is that? do i have to do this to all my printable stuff? of is this a specific type of printable paper?
Awesome tutorial as always and I always look forward to all of your amazing tutorials and btw thank you for the coupon code AB glitter😍
You are so welcome! The glitter is simply amazing.
I have a question about waterslides. I have a small business card sized waterslide to apply to my tumblers. I have a piece of white vinyl under a clear waterslide. I have 3 that I'm working on now that the waterslides don't want to stay on the vinyl. Should I epoxy over the vinyl, then add the waterslide, then epoxy it all again? I'm not used to waterslides not behaving properly. Help!!
How long from start to finish does it take to complete a tumbler?
I love it!! Your gloves please! For your own sake.
Love love love love love it!!!!❤❤❤
No worries I was wearing gloves.
@@The_Tumbler_Witch Thank you so much
Ok I'm confused. Did you cut Santa on your Cricut as a print then cut, on water slide paper?
After you spray your spray paint can you go right in with glitter after it has gassed off or do you have to put a thin layer or epoxy first prior to glitter?
I actually have tutorials where I have spray painted and used the spray paint as my adhesive to apply the glitter.
Adorable
What clear waterslide paper do you use?
I buy mine from amazon, heres the link www.amazon.com/Sheets-Inkjet-Transparent-Printer-Transfer/dp/B06XP7NZ62/ref=sr_1_6?crid=C32E3CE5RURC&dchild=1&keywords=waterslide+decal+paper+inkjet&qid=1605278923&sprefix=waterslide%2Caps%2C191&sr=8-6
Oops never mind watched further🤣
That's really cute. But why did the waterslide print bigger than the vinyl cut? That a and s aren't lined up at all. Still cute, though.
I definitely would not say they didn’t line up at all, after I finished applying the waterslide as intended it gave an offset appearance.
@@RebeccaEscott But there wasn't any at the start of the word. It was smaller. Still cute, though. Honestly, it looked great!
@@MileyonDisney Thank you so much, I really appreciate the compliment.
Is a UV lamp needed to cure the quick coat? The site description says it's a UV resin, but all the videos I've watched of you using it, I've never seen you use a UV lamp or heard you say that it requires one. 🤷♀️
It has a UV protection in it, It does not require a lamp to cure.
What s the difference between using a glitter glue or epoxy?
The epoxy is to seal and protect the tumbler, glitter glue is used to apply the glitter not to give it a permanent seal.
Did you send the tumbler first?? Im new to this and need help lol
No I do not sand my tumblers.
You spray paint red than you glitter??
I have a silhouette. Do you know how I would cut the vinyl on it using this file (I bought it yesterday after watching your video?) Silhouette doesn't have a fill option for tracing.
I don’t have a silhouette so I’m working on a friend who does to help answer this question for me. Thank you so much for watching.
You have to create an offset in silhouette
@@dandeliondesignsbyteressab69 Do I need to trace it first? There are no cut lines, just a square around the Santa head. I downloaded the same Santa, from the same person that Rebecca did. When I traced it, I removed the Santa and released compound path. What I got was 1000s of edit points. It won't let me release it :-(
@@fawnnelson3369 Trace and select the trace and detach. move the santa, delete the outline. then you should be able to create an offset. The new version (upgrade) of Silhouette traces the PNG files automatically now.
Why not just use clear inkjet water slide transfer paper??
Love it!!!!
Love it!
