Hey Alaska! Here's what I do with empty spaces: I get a dresser and recolor it, put three vases of different sizes and put different flowers in each one, then I add perfumes or picture frames or books or anything really on top of it! Then I add a mirror on top. Also, try adding clusters of plants in empty corners and if you have a big empty space in the center of a room, add a round carpet and a piano on top of it. It's very elegant looking!
When I fill empty spaces I normally put down some type or activity, like for example a carpet, lamp, and a piano. Not only is it stylish but it brings the room together. Another thing I do is put down a carpet, and make a little creative section. Like a painting easil and a carpet. Finally, you can add some dressers as well as vases and flowers, or a random fireplace (the modern one with glass looks best unless it's being paired with a TV.) Hope this helps! Edit: Really just anything that can bring attention to your room works well! A center piece even such as a small table and vase.
Hello Alaska! This is what I usually use empty spaces for: Put a circular rug (doesn't matter which one) and resize it to be large! Then add a piano (doesn't matter which one) and to the right of the piano, I add 2 plants! (one big and one small) hope this helps Alaska! And another way to fill up empty spaces is to put a 1x1 box made of walls then add windows all around it (it needs to cover the whole wall) then i add a few plants in there and it looks incredible! Hope this idea helps as well!
8:00 I usually put a desk, maybe a custom bench, sometimes I use a bunny cage hack and make a custom bunny there (it turns out super cute and you can usually find tutorials for it on UA-cam), pillars and shelves make the area look less empty. (I know I'm posting this half a year after this video was originally posted BUT it could be helpful to people who view this video now)
Hey Alaska! When there are empty spaces in the middle like in 7:59. You can add a piano, setting table, bunch of plants crowded together, a chandelier, and lastly, if it’s a BIG space, than you can make a room out of it.
Hello! Someone here that is building Alaskas builds but making them somehow “better” that is such a smart tip! Thank you so much ❤ (for some builds I can’t make them better because she is just like the most amazing builder!)
If you have an empty space near stairs, make custom stairs!! First, make the stairs hollow and add a door (Harry Potter vibes) You can make it an extra room if it's big enough!! Also, add one extra wall on the outside and make it a bookshelf :D (If that makes sense) If your empty space isn't near stairs, add a small table with a lamp, plant, candle, or statement piece! Another empty space option is to add a canvas-holder-thingy and a stool near a wall! aNoThEr one is add a statement wall! Put waterfalls, vines, or even just a different color or wallpaper!! After the wall you can keep it like that, or my personal favorite is to make a custom comfy bench thing and put books and windows all around it! Thank's for coming to my TED Talk, Alaska (and/or Alaskians :D)
I love how Alaska always switches it up, so if she sees something that she’s never used before she won’t delete it she tries it out it always ends up look good!!❤
8:00 I usually add a custom carpet and do a reading area against the wall, or add a chandelier or add a round table with a custom plant with some decorations . hope this helps ! ❤
For empty spaces, that's where I usually put stairs, or some sort of table and decorate it. If I'm doing a fancy house of some sort, I may even put a piano. I usually have to remind myself to put plants in my builds for color, but I'm getting better at that! I like putting multiple plants in corners of rooms for some color and decoration! For your other question, I speak English as my first language, and Spanish! I can also play the piano, and have been for maybe 5-ish years? I also have another building challenge, if you are up to reading the idea! What if you did a build where you couldn't turn your collision off, or you couldn't use advanced placing in general? Maybe even the transform tool? That's all, thanks for reading!
If you ever use the structural archway with a pillar I recommend resizing the arch to the thickness of the pillar so it looks like a wall or just so it’s not so thin.
Empty spaces, like you did: decorative tables, rugs, couches, maybe add like a tiny sitting area just in the middle of the room, I once did an art gallery- closed in the stairwell with a wall and added a bunch of paintings, and a couch opposite to it. Filled the room right up!
Heres a little tip: add pillars to ALL your corners. ALL. 2. Try using different textures or colors for a room. EX: one wall is wooden texture , and the rest is a neutral color. 3. For your lights, you should definitely use linen. It gives a more warmer tone!
No. Just no- If you want a way more realistic lighting and home, use Flint and Cloudy grey. But star06110, you are right, if you want a vintage home, use that.
For the space filling , I would recommend maybe placing a table and adding some decor or you could make a cute little seating area (using beanbags because i think they look cute) :>
I just love thinking about the fact that the end of this torturing world is almost over and nobody will ever remember us when we eventually die a sad painful death
I used to play piano and clarinet! :) Things to fill up empty spaces: Piano Desk Storage Extra mini kitchen Play area Makeup stand (Or anything that u can think of) Once again: :) I love ur vids
Ideas for empty spaces: - cluster of plants - mirrors - dresser with vases on - chandelier - hanging plants - console table - books - bookshelf Hope this helps! Love your vids Alaska, next video recommendation: build a house but use spin the wheel to choose how many items you use!
In empty spaces I like to add a baby/toddler play area! I add a rug and add toys but color them so they kinda match the theme. But if you don't want a toddler/baby play area then I add a 1 by (however long you want) then I decorate it. It makes houses look so good and modern! Or take pillars and put them in a row with a tiny opening in between instead of a wall! I hope this helps!!
to fill a empty corner i usually block off the empty space with a wall than put paintings, plants or anything but if you have a empty space in the middle i would put a wall that dosen't cover the whole space than decorate that wall with vines, paintings, etc. Hope that helps!
Empty Spaces Idea for your Alaska and anyone else~ - First of all, it’s a bit tacky but **the way you style it depends**. A black piano with a round carpet underneath really adds a nice ✨spice✨ -Console tables with books and plants. Any clutter items are appreciated like sunglasses, watches ect. -Ok but bay windows are pretty but it looks a bit… idk but basic. Decorate it to make it better!!! Like adding structural and fixing the way it looks like from the outside because yikes… -Adding any sort of comfort chairs/couches rocking chairs are a ⚡️must⚡️ to increase your grandma inside of you 🫶 - Adding any sort of floor plants or floor lamps. Also remember warm lighting is KEY for any good house - Indoor plant sanctuary. Ok. I know this sounds really weird but it made my mansion look FANCY okay? Basically anything from a 4x4 with glass windows. The HUGE ones yk? Basically then you add grass floor on the inside and a VARIETY of plants. Very beautiful yuh. - Adding insets. They were added so we make sure we use them to our advantage. Because remember the days where we LITERALLY HAD TO BUILD WALLS OUT OF BASIC SHAPES JUST FOR THOSE INSETS. So use them 💋 ~hope you like these guys 💗🫶

I ate ice cream in my bed before I went to sleep, and put the empty ice cream cup on the shelf. (The shelf is next to my face, it’s curved). I fell asleep, and when I woke up, there was what seemed like THOUSANDS of ants crawling all over me. I haven’t eaten in my bed since.

For an empty space you should put a glass cylinder and a plant in the middle and some thin walls facing toward you inside or outside and do whatever you want with the rest. Hope this helps :)
